I've come across two people in my life who have it (*other than people online who talk about it obvs) and all I'm saying is one of them is seemingly alright to get her nails, hair, lashes, tan etc done and go on nights out or shopping or whatever (gets PIP) but soon as getting a job is mentioned she'd in absolute agony / on her death bed / unable to move a muscle 🤥🤥🤥🤥

The other person on the other hand does work full time, and although she does sometimes have to have time off when things get particularly bad, for the most part she manages it and always says how it will only hold her back if she lets it.

Totally agree - I play football and there's a girl on my team who has it and she plays consistently - it does flare up in the winter and she tends to be subbed off more frequently during that time but I agree, it will hold you back if you let it.

My mum has fibro and has done since i was a kid - has never affected her every single day, but flares up on a weekly basis and has gotten significantly worse as shes gotten older. I’ve seen her spend days in bed in agony, shes on lots of painkillers and things to help manage it. Unfortunately it meant i never had much opportunity to do fun activities with her and we missed out on bits but shes still the best mum i could ask for. Had to look after her sometimes (as i should). However, i totally understand the debate on it being a cop out diagnosis when they’re out of other options. Shes recently had other issues crop up that they can’t explain, and it worries me because she just gets told it could be from the fibro. Boggling really! Sorry to derail lol

Hope she’s okay lovely. Must be so worrying to think it could be something else. If she doesn’t think it’s related to her fibro definitely try push for a second opinion xx
 
Well that was a boring episode! It finished suddenly and I felt like literally nothing happened at all.

Ellie... Honestly, just comes across so unpleasant. I feel sorry for her in a way because obviously her childhood must have been difficult for her to be the way she is. She also doesn't come across as the brightest bless her, but it doesn't excuse her just flying off the handle like that. If I was Luke I'd end it and just concentrate on being co parents, why would anyone want to be with someone who doesn't even cuddle? Also stop giving that child sugary drinks! Everytime I see him he's drinking chocolate milk or something equally as sweet.

Charlotte - I get she's in pain but are they just going to make her whole personality her disabilities?! Also the whole asking "Eaitchy" (fucking nauseating) whether she would like to go out with Grandma, or picking a pen in the preview of the next show as to whether she would like to live in a house blah blah.....so childish and stupid. She's 10 months old. Make the decision yourself ffs.

Isha - I can't really form an opinion of her yet tbh they hardly show her.

Angel - really love Angel, she seems such a sweet soul but naive where her boyf is concerned.

Whitney- Admire her work ethic but do feel like she has a lot of time. Baby is only 2 weeks old, she doesn't need to put so much pressure on herself. Also what's the story with the dad? I'm assuming he didn't want to be on the show but are they together?
 
Was Chloe the girl who was kicking up an absolute drama on TikTok a few years ago with an Ng tube for query gastroparesis?!

potentially as I know a girl on titkok with gastroparesis and i’ve seen chloe comment some things on her stuff.

just looked bag she has gastroparesis # on numerous videos on tiktok. I never saw her kick up a drama as only know her from TM, what did you make of her from that? X

I saw she had an NG tube on one of the clips on the show and wondered why, I asked her on a live a few times which was ignored. Strange

Oh I just stalked her TikTok, i didn’t realise she had such a large following. Her videos of her spinning around and strutting her stuff seem strange compared to what she’s like on the show. Hobbling down stairs and all.

I can’t think how to word it and sound PC. There’s a bit of a trend for impressionable teenagers to want NG tubes all the way to the extent of wanting home PN. I just remember seeing lots of clips of her and her mum kicking off that she was never given PN and they wouldn’t let her go home with an NG tube. Looks like she’s eating now. With now her fibro & endo, just feels like she’s not her own person, she’s a diagnosis. It’s like her only personality trait - sad really!

Many I work with who have NGs tend to want them just to make them seem like the most poorliest one around. We tend to try and make people not go home in one in them. I think that’s the thing with Chloe she wants to seem like the most poorly person there is

Yes!! This is what I was trying to allude to 😅. I had a scroll and there are just tons of TikTok’s around the ngt. Doing “never have I ever chronic illness edition TikTok’s, I feel she fixates and the condition becomes her. There’s nothing really on her social media of her with friends, it’s just her and her mum
