The whole thing’s a total cash cow, Richie’s get rich scheme. He doesn’t give a duck about anyone but himself. Unfortunately money will not make him happy. If he is left with any at the end of this charade.

Not sure pensions will be biggest investment, the more you earn the less you can put in, well you can put in but pointless as you don’t get the tax benefit, So if he’s on a high salary his pension input can’t be huge.

My hubby pays into a company pension scheme and is limited to 40k per year on a sliding scale downwards depending on his salary, is that not the same for all pensions ? Thought the 40k max limit was a gov issued law type thing. I only have our situation to compare to, I’m not pension advisor 😂
 
Tell me where we’ve seen this before? Will they end up and MD too or will they be brow beaten and bullied out of the company before then. If she’s not working the standard 120 hours a week she won’t be giving enough fucks. I bet she’s still carrying out the pa role for him too. She’ll be having to line up barbers to come in and groom him once his hair is up to scratch ready for his 5 months of lives and if the barber doesn’t do a good enough job it will be her fault for not researching cos she didn’t give enough fucks and now it’s her fault he can’t go live cos he doesn’t look good and he’s having to sort everything out himself….. rinse and repeat.

Promotes from within like that so he can tell people he’s given them a massive opportunity to prove themselves while keeping them on a below average salary and hold something over them. bleeping pig.

Probably loves having unqualified unexperienced people running things so that he can tell them how to do their job, and they know no different. What are the chances he’s paying for them to do courses and qualifications 🤔 I bet he just says, it ok I’ll teach you

Me neither, nor am an FA! Company can pay into company scheme and he can pay into a personal plan too. Not to mention investments which attract tax relief. He'll have a decent FA I'm sure.

There is absolutely no way that person is an actual HR qualified professional - it really annoys me that anybody can use that title with no qualifications or experience 😡 if they were qualified, he wouldn't let them anywhere near the place as they would be pointing out the frequent breaches of employment legislation!

My physiotherapist and PT. They put excessive pressure on the lower spine, unless your form is brilliant and most people's isn't. Yeah they work more core muscles than crunches, planks etc but according to both of them (separately) the risks/downsides outweigh the benefits, much better off doing other core exercises..
