My physiotherapist and PT. They put excessive pressure on the lower spine, unless your form is brilliant and most people's isn't. Yeah they work more core muscles than crunches, planks etc but according to both of them (separately) the risks/downsides outweigh the benefits, much better off doing other core exercises..

Oh well. A new one to me…

(had to edit due to auto correct)

lol no not sure where you’ve heard that. Maybe if you don’t do them properly they could be, but so could any exercise.

In fairness they’re not saying anything about targeting fat, they’re saying she’s now got abs which anyone can get if they follow a cal deficit, cardio and weight train.

The tattoo on the hip must have been new for the second pic

@xxheidiandparisxx He says the abs are from doing sit ups in the post though..

I think they can contribute 40k a year to pensions. With 3 million in cash he's set up for life. Can withdraw 150k a year each before the highest rate of tax kicks in. If he was loosing a lot of subscribers he would probably make a video to address it, but doing it now would only bring more attention so not worth it.
So many of these fitness people become exactly what they said was wrong with the industry. Like overpriced protein powders!
So glad to have this site and people publicly able to give this oxygen without being shut down!

no it doesn’t. It says she’s followed her diet plan, trained hard on weights and also done cardio. Of course the abs will be well developed from doing sit ups, but only alongside the diet and other training as well

I promise I’m not sticking ip for him lol I despise him as much as anyone else on here but I’m a PT myself so I know my stuff here and don’tthink it’s fair to say he’s claiming her abs are from sit ups alone when he isn’t.

It wasn’t the intention of the original post but seems to be important so If I suggested that he was saying she got those results through doing sit ups and nothing else then I apologise as that’s not what I think and not what was intended.

Going off on a bit of a tangent, but I noticed that even though I'm no longer a member, I still have access to the official group page. I thought perhaps it was an accident at first. Then I thought maybe it was a subtle encouragement to rejoin. Now I'm wondering whether ex members still being part of the group means it shows more members paying for and participating on the program than there actually are? just wondering...

Me too! I was a paying member for probably not even 6 months many years ago. Decided it wasn’t for me and cancelled what I think was a Paypal sub, it was the £3.99 or whatever back then. Still able to read their page now, it pops up on my feed every now and then.
