Something don’t really add up there tho. He so hell bent in keeping people in their contact for 6.99 because his staff needs it for their families but then spends out on Solicetor (which when I’ve seen a Solicetor a letter costs over £100 a go) for people leaving negative reviews. It really don’t make any senseAye, in his pocket when he realises he wasted his money on letters we’re all ignoring
He's bullshitting hoping to scare vulnerable people!!Something don’t really add up there tho. If he has someone ought to report him to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. It's an offence to hold yourself out as a solicitor if you're not one (I say this as a solicitor)I think he has generated these himself.
I don’t think he’s generated them himself but something smells off.I think he has generated these himself.
Dear Sirs is how the ones he sent before from a different solicitors started.Hadn’t seen this bit
If the grammar is anything to go by!I think he has generated these himself.
There are similarities to the layout and wording of other letters sent previously from a different solicitors they used.If he has someone ought to report him to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. It's an offence to hold yourself out as a solicitor if you're not one (I say this as a solicitor)
Curious what your thoughts are about asking people to sign this appendix including paying fees etc.If he has someone ought to report him to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. It's an offence to hold yourself out as a solicitor if you're not one (I say this as a solicitor)
Why admit to something you haven't done?Curious what your thoughts are about asking people to sign this appendix including paying fees etc.
Has anyone tried calling this number? There are similarities to the layout and wording of other letters sent previously from a different solicitors they used.
I’m ignoring the email and the letter has gone to my old address in the UK, so he’d need to track me down in the land of leprechaunsAnyone seeking legal advice
I can imagine it would be worrying receiving a letter like that but you’re allowed to voice an opinion about a service whether you’re happy or unhappy. And bad mouth it wherever you like it’s called freedom on speechAnyone seeking legal advice
But on a positive note, we are referred to as ex members, so that must release us from our contract - which I will point out when they eventually get around to sending me a threatening email about cancelling the DD.Something don’t really add up there tho. You not had letter about that yet ? I’ve not heard anything since replying back to the one they sent me.But on a positive note, we are referred to as ex members, so that must release us from our contract - which I will point out when they eventually get around to sending me a threatening email about cancelling the DD.
You can get a letter like that sent for pennies, I knew a company that used to do this to chase debtors. It’s not really a big deal, just a scare tactic. Plenty companies do similar for various reasons.
Not a sausage, starting to feel left out of all the funYou not had letter about that yet ? I’ve not heard anything since replying back to the one they sent me.
