Aye, in his pocket when he realises he wasted his money on letters we’re all ignoring 🤣
Something don’t really add up there tho. He so hell bent in keeping people in their contact for 6.99 because his staff needs it for their families but then spends out on Solicetor (which when I’ve seen a Solicetor a letter costs over £100 a go) for people leaving negative reviews. It really don’t make any sense 🤷‍♀️

He's bullshitting hoping to scare vulnerable people!!

If he has someone ought to report him to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. It's an offence to hold yourself out as a solicitor if you're not one (I say this as a solicitor)
There are similarities to the layout and wording of other letters sent previously from a different solicitors they used.

Curious what your thoughts are about asking people to sign this appendix including paying fees etc.

Has anyone tried calling this number?
Does the 22 look odd ?

But on a positive note, we are referred to as ex members, so that must release us from our contract - which I will point out when they eventually get around to sending me a threatening email about cancelling the DD.
You can get a letter like that sent for pennies, I knew a company that used to do this to chase debtors. It’s not really a big deal, just a scare tactic. Plenty companies do similar for various reasons.
