I’m pretty sure NDA are normally to protect against disclosing business decisions with potential competitors. If you’re using them to silence criticism( which probably makes them worthless) then you know you’re doing something wrong or unethical.

The only person he could possibly have a legal issue with is ones sharing screenshots of a private whatsapp chat if they signed a non-disclosure agreement- but again that depends on the wording of the agreement. Everyone else here is expressing opinions and experiences- none of which are against the law?

Non disclosures can be breached if a crime, or hate etc needs addressing. If everything is ok why the non disclosure.

Don’t sign. By the whole letter it really sounds like he’s clutching at straws. The words “ suspect “ shouts out at me, surely you would have proof of these things

I'm sure mumsnet reviews were well before tattle but they might have updated ones. It has been awhile since I have been on there.

Clearly by signing it I give permission for them to do so.

If they didn’t treat people in the way they do then surely their wouldn’t be a problem in the first place

Is this legal stuff not costing them more than if they just let people out of the contracts which they misled people into in the first place. Solicetor letters not cheap at all.

How’s he allowed to negatively mention slimming world, weight watchers and all the others and that’s him as a competitor not from being a customer. Yet customers not allowed to mention him in a negative way at all about the very shocking experience we actually have with his company ( still not mentioning is business name )

How come the letters say its all untrue? The WhatsApp pictures show them calling members names and using racist words. What's not true? I don't understand. How can they threaten people for sharing this stuff when it's all true? What a horrible little man

to actually have a case wouldn’t he have to prove that the things being said are untrue ! for it to be slander or defamation of character the things being said would have to be false, if you’ve said nothing untrue sign nothing !
