Well leaving an honest review on trust pilot and Google isn’t a crime. I did post a couple of screenshots to twitter, so I’ll take those down. We‘ve hit a nerve and he’s just bullying. My letter is being sent to the wrong address, in fact the wrong country as I’m back in the land of leprechauns, so fill your boots Richie, good luck trying to find me ahaha

The only person he could possibly have a legal issue with is ones sharing screenshots of a private whatsapp chat if they signed a non-disclosure agreement- but again that depends on the wording of the agreement. Everyone else here is expressing opinions and experiences- none of which are against the law?
 
The man is deluded if he thinks I’m retracting any comments made on here or my honest trust pilot review, let alone pay damages. But he’d have to track me down first. I’ll need to ask the property agent leasing my house to do me the honour of returning said letter to sender.
As for being an ex member, I logged in for about a minute and got booted off their Facebook page within moments of my first post. Wonder who wins the prize for being the shortest lasting member. I would actually love us all to respond and say, yup go for it, as a forum we all want our moment in court with this one. But TRH will need to pay my flight back first.
 
So Richie H, Richie B and Sorcha or whatever her name is, fully deny making those comments?

WhatsApp isn’t very professional for a business anyway is it, are they sure they want all their chats scrutinised knowing what they’ve said about customers and past staff?

I hate people who don’t own up what they’ve done, people who always blame others even when they’re the ones in the wrong.

He’s a big bleeping oaf 😬

The bit you sign seems to be more about mentioning their business name in posts. Does this then refer to any reviews made and not solely about the screenshots being posted 🧐
