Maybe I should get you to write me one too lol! This is what I got, the top part is just stating that [name] [bank account] has cancelled a DD, followed by what you can see in the image. It was sent by a TRH email, not my bank.

Maybe I should update my trust pilot review to include the letter which backs up my claim on how they meticulously manipulate all their social media content and send threats if you speak the truth!

Are they allowed to put your bank account in an email?

As far as I was aware all affiliates had to sign some weird contract saying what they were and weren’t allowed to do and for how long. I wonder if him publicly announcing that the affiliate scheme is over makes those contracts null and void otherwise there’s not much point in saying he’s freed those 4 affiliates as they’ll still not be able to actually do what they want with their pages.

Make sure names, dates and times are on the screen shots

If that’s about the letters he sent out, you‘d like to think he had been given all the information and consequences of him doing this. I’ve not broken any law by being part of this forum and TRH have beached GDPR by giving my info to this Tiger Law crowd, that will be a phone call to citizens advice on Monday. If he had anything on any of us, surely that would have been included in a more personalised letter, not a generic one. I highly doubt a solicitor would have said he was justified sending me a letter because of my trust pilot review - good luck that standing up in court

No way will he tell them or show them what he is really like. He won't let them know he disguises bullying as honesty or tough love as if they had any integrity they wouldn't touch him knowing this.
I wonder if that is why he uses small unheard of solicitors as big ones will do their homework on him and laugh him out.

I doubt it if the companies he uses and solicitors done their homework on him they would want well out of it in my opinion.

The man is deluded if he thinks I’m retracting any comments made on here or my honest trust pilot review, let alone pay damages. But he’d have to track me down first. I’ll need to ask the property agent leasing my house to do me the honour of returning said letter to sender.
As for being an ex member, I logged in for about a minute and got booted off their Facebook page within moments of my first post. Wonder who wins the prize for being the shortest lasting member. I would actually love us all to respond and say, yup go for it, as a forum we all want our moment in court with this one. But TRH will need to pay my flight back first.

It won’t go to court. Damages for lost earnings are notoriously difficult to prove

For those of you who got letters, they cost about 25 quid a piece depending on the practice. Pennie’s to him. They are worth duck all as long as you sign nothing. Bin them.

Yes they are different, affiliates basically sell their products (earning commission everytime someone signs up and/or purchases products using their discount code) they also promote the company as well as their pages. The coaches are supposed to help members with any

The company you are reviewing can see who left the review if they pay Trust Pilot for this service - not all companies do this. You can see that by some of TRH responses as their replies go in to detail about specific things.
So if I got this email because of my trust Pilot review, can’t be anything else, would I not be within my rights to report Tiger Law to a legal governing body. Surely its illegal business practice sending threats of action if I don’t take down a review?

Should I send the email to Trust Pilot, so actually show them the lengths TRH will go to have negative reviews taken down?

She only started commenting on Wednesday with “out of context” and by Friday a large number of people got letters about out of context .
Mind you I do like the fact that the letter wasn’t saying they’ve been edited or messed with in some way, just out of context.
