Are they allowed to put your bank account in an email?Maybe I should get you to write me one too lol! This is what I got, the top part is just stating that [name] [bank account] has cancelled a DD, followed by what you can see in the image. It was sent by a TRH email, not my bank.
Maybe I should update my trust pilot review to include the letter which backs up my claim on how they meticulously manipulate all their social media content and send threats if you speak the truth!
Previous contracts were not worth the paper they were written on.As far as I was aware all affiliates had to sign some weird contract saying what they were and weren’t allowed to do and for how long. I wonder if him publicly announcing that the affiliate scheme is over makes those contracts null and void otherwise there’s not much point in saying he’s freed those 4 affiliates as they’ll still not be able to actually do what they want with their pages.
They will no doubt receive solicitors letters like the others if they dare to even send private messages or announce public ones. Even if what they say is true they will get one.As far as I was aware all affiliates had to sign some weird contract saying what they were and weren’t allowed to do and for how long. What I would advise is take screen shots of everything and I mean everything work and client related that is unethical, bullying, shaming, calling them lazy etc. Also client testimonies present and ex clients. Save all on a file/USB then use it as proof that what was said or done is not defamatory as it is true.
Make sure names, dates and times are on the screen shotsAre they allowed to put your bank account in an email?

No way will he tell them or show them what he is really like. He won't let them know he disguises bullying as honesty or tough love as if they had any integrity they wouldn't touch him knowing this.If that’s about the letters he sent out, you‘d like to think he had been given all the information and consequences of him doing this. I’ve not broken any law by being part of this forum and TRH have beached GDPR by giving my info to this Tiger Law crowd, that will be a phone call to citizens advice on Monday. If he had anything on any of us, surely that would have been included in a more personalised letter, not a generic one. I highly doubt a solicitor would have said he was justified sending me a letter because of my trust pilot review - good luck that standing up in court
I wonder if that is why he uses small unheard of solicitors as big ones will do their homework on him and laugh him out.
I doubt it if the companies he uses and solicitors done their homework on him they would want well out of it in my opinion.Do you think Trustpilot are aware of how he behaves?
