What did that ADHD t-shirt say that he wore the other day. I still find it offensive that he makes light of it, and he probably did an online test anyway. He certainly didn't wait the 2 years you have to wait at the moment to be diagnosed by the NHS

It's not a superpower. In most people it enables destructive behaviour. He'd not be trying (and failing) to do 15 WORLD CLASS things at once if he sought proper treatment

i can’t believe they’ve got the time to watch a 35 minute video of him rambling where probably about 4 minutes of it is any use. James smith’s videos are perfect,professionally shot, short and to the point.

He mentions the proper phases, then like the tool he is has his own version of them. (The non bucking, light bucking, heavy bucking, angry bucking 🤢🤮). He wants to grow up. He's not with his mates he is meant to be a professional. The chavs and ones who probably act like they're still 14 are finding it hilarious.
James Smith covers this properly, and professionally in minutes not 35 minutes.
