I do know at least one who left signed nothing so as far as NDA is concerned he doesn't have a leg to stand on.
You can sign NDAs but once you disclose personal experiences that may cause yourself, or others harm physically, emotionally, or mentally advice can be sought or the information disclosed can be reported to the relevant people and acted upon.

You can't hide behind NDAs all of the time WJS, or everyone would just get employees and clients to sign them excusing all crappy behaviour.
Oh I didn't know that - thanks. I just heard one ex-employee saying that they couldn't discuss what went on due to an agreement.

I think this might have been one of the TP reviews flagged but it’s visible now… I know it doesn’t look like it’s an ex employee but the bit about nutritional certification is interesting.
This is not new knowledge- we've been saying for years that the 'coaches' have zero nutritional qualifications. Not that they give any nutritional guidance anyway, just copy & paste responses.
Even RH's certification lapsed years ago and when it was mentioned here it conveniently disappeared from their website.
There is zero mention of qualifications there now- for anyone.

Yes I’ve seen this mentioned on here. Interesting that it’s highlighted outside of here maybe.

He shoved Emma through a course a couple of months ago, an online American certification I believe. Obviously covering his back. Its so infuriating how his minions don't get that his "coaches" are just members, they are not qualified! They were robots who obsessed over his plan and who he now uses.
Probably the ISSA one that he didn't bother his ass renewing.

Just spotted this on Glassdoor, to counter the numerous negative reviews online (I think they were posted earlier). You can't make this stuff up. Transitioning to an SME? Seriously? Not a chance.

Yes I worked with various groups delivering positive parenting classes, confidence classes etc. What was discussed and disclosed in group was confidential. Unless anything that set alarm bells that could harm them, or others was mentioned then I could have a private conversation with them and also either contact relevant authorities, or my manager.
Also if it was any type of bullying, emotional, physical or mental abuse I could encourage them and support them into seeking help, advice or other avenues NDA signed or not it was part of duty of care. I still apply this in every group, job or situation I'm in professionally.

---

If as a coach you need people to sign NDAs something is not right. Unless you work for cadburys or another prestigious company whose methods of making chocolate or whatever is protected. Or you get paid 1000s to millions instead of going to court to legally keep your mouth shut about abuse becoming public then that is different. Otherwise duty of care stands even in the legal payout situation counselling can be saught if mentally or emotionally required.

How do people know James Smith legal team got involved with the Mum Reloaded incident? I follow JS and don’t think I have ever seen him mention Team RH once, shows how on the same level they clearly are not!
She said it herself, and Peter also confirmed they got involved on his behalf as well. She nearly lost her home with legal costs at the time until JS's legal team stepped in and got them to back off.

I don’t understand how any of Richie’s terms and conditions would stand up in court. I’m sure a solicitor would have taken on her case on a no win no fee basis.

The fact that he is so scared of an ex member or affiliate talking about TeamRH is bleeping terrifying in itself. All my career I’ve worked for large organisations and I’ve never being subject to any of that nonsense. Very worrying indeed.

I think I remember a brief story from JS about RH on Insta at the time. JS was well aware of WJS behaviour (I had a brief email exchange to thank him for supporting Peter) but he's so far below his radar that he might as well be in a different galaxy
