He’s trying to make out that joining his company helped her confidence and stopped her anxiety??
It’s like Stockholm syndrome, she is OBSESSED with him and it’s an unnatural attachment that he abuses.
Her anxiety hadn’t disappeared, he just love bombs her enough, so she’ll happily scare the staff into compliance on his behalf.
Then he’ll gas light her just enough to knock her confidence and have her under his control again.
And as you’ve said a little more humiliation through demoting her again and again.
Spending most of your work hours crying, having panic attacks, not eating, smashing things and being on call 24 hours a day is NOT normal sorca and the more you enable him, the worse he gets.
he can pretend that it’s all sugar and sweetness in team rh hq but he gives everyone there a dogs life and his status’ claiming the credit for other people’s accolades is pathetic!!

Talking of data and permission, it occurred to me the other day that they just made the private group public when they set up the new group for 'paying' members.
So, all those progress pics in their undies that people have posted, and all the personal info they've shared in the POD or a post is just there for random people to see.
Isn't that a breach of some sort?

He has it in the rules of the group, so if anyone was complaining that would be their come back

Actually, for me, the rules dont cover it.
It's probably caught by the no moaning rule, lol, but rule 9 says that posts are visible to all in the group (not all of facebook). And they may be shared to the public page (implying that group is not public), with sensitive stuff blurred out by Team RH (unless they've gone back through old posts, that's unlikely to have happened).
Since I don't go in that page often, I can't remember if he warned people that they could delete their posts. I took a look now and there's really old stuff on there!
Thankfully I deleted as much as I could find of my activity when I quit

If anyone doesn’t know, you can write requesting they delete all the data they hold on you, though king Narc refuses to delete peoples app data

You can also revoke permission you gave to use your pictures or any of your posts, or anything that belongs to you, regardless of then giving you any freebies. It’s your intellectual property and they have no right to use it once you withdraw permission.
Just in case he’s still using peoples pictures without their consent as he loves to do!!!
I know I deleted a lot of my pics from the group when I left too, but trying to find them in the POD etc was really hard. I'm sure there's still loads knocking about
