It’s been a long time coming….
Shake it off is one of my least favourites but my god what an experience seeing it live…Liverpool N3 when it came on there was no phone in sight and everyone was just dancing and singing I’ll never, ever forget that momentI ordered the new merch that was dropped on Monday and it arrived today so bittersweet! Been watching videos all day and sobbing mixture of sad my date is over and now the Europe leg is over. It really became a huge part of our lives didn’t it!? I would settle down with a chicken wine and dinner watching the live stream and following this wonderful thread I’ll be a mess when the whole tour is over!
I still can’t get over the feeling of being able to hear her songs live. I just can’t explain it. I’m a Shake It Off hater and I was dancing like mad to it! The whole atmosphere was just incredible. I keep relistening to my suprise songs too and I am just so so happy with what N7 got I have a new love for Change and The Archer (always loved Long Live and YOYOK).
I have this theory that they’re all basically the same size. I thought a cardigan in and XS/S and a M/L and they were maybe like two inches differentI’m so confused on the merch sizing. I’m a size 16-18 and got an xl jumper but it’s really not that big on me. Wondering if mine was labelled wrong or I’m just muccccch bigger than I think I am!
Has anyone got any bright ideas about what to do with friendship bracelets now it’s all over? I don’t want to just put them in a drawer and forget about them.
My friend's daughter worked at the big car park merch outlet on Saturday - queue was 2 hours long! Total taken that day was £800,000......! Some parents spending £500 with no issue and one mother buying one tee in every size for her young daughter so she would still have a tee to wear when she is grown up! She is a huge Swiftie so jumped at the chance of working at the merch outlet but she couldn't really get near to hear the show as security stopped anyone without a ticket going up the steps. But she had seen the show on the 1st Wembley Leg.

Let me be very clear: I am not going to speak about something publicly if I think doing so might provoke those who would want to harm the fans who come to my shows.
In cases like this one, ‘silence’ is actually showing restraint, and waiting to express yourself at a time when it’s right to.
Perfectly put for all those that were demanding she make a statement ASAP.
Yes this, she's not going to want to cause any insurrection type situations.I'm guessing this applies too to her not making a statement about Trump using an AI photo of her endorsing him. His deranged followers could attack her fans and she still has dates in the US, and in the literal and metaphorical swamp that is Florida, to boot.
People might not agree with me here but when I see people demanding she speaks out on what’s happening in Palestine, I’ve thought for a while it’s not safe for her fans for her to be political at the moment but people take her silence as her not caring.I'm guessing this applies too to her not making a statement about Trump using an AI photo of her endorsing him. That is very firmly written. I’m one of those criticising her for the week of silence, the variants and the pap walk. If it has got to the point of being annoyed that people are asking for a statement, your massive PR and legal team are overdue in making one.
I think this is very much a ‘Taylor the person’ statement and there are some lovely words in there.
I still don’t believe the situation was that precarious that a simple statement of thanks and sympathy would have turned the tables.
I think Vienna Swifties were very entitled to express their disappointment. I hope all the people who learned the word ‘parasocial’ this week stop gloating and bashing them (nb: not the crackers who wanted their outfit refunded and were comparing it to real tragic events).
So it’s mixed feelings from me.
You obviously live in a little bubble with no idea as to what our security forces deal with every day. That is very firmly written.
