Just in case helpful for anyone else, I messaged them and they said you can use the code more than once as long as you don't buy more than a total of 4 tickets (so you could get 2 for one date and 2 for another). I can only afford one date but it is useful if you have a group of 4 and don't manage to get all 4 tickets in one go.
 
To avoid getting kicked out of the queue again, if I try for the 1pm sale, should I log out and log back in?
I don't want to be queuing just to be kicked because I have supposedly more than one tab open... For the 11am sale, I only had one tab open but Ticketmaster thought I had more than one

I probably wouldn’t have wanted general standing as much just because unless you get there super early you’ll be quite far back but her stage is huge and there are screens so you wouldn’t miss anything. Just with standing in the past, the closer you are in general admission, the less you can see because of tall people in front of you
 
I’m hoping front standing you’ll be able to go to the toilet and bar without having to worry if you’ll be able to see when you get back. I know at harry styles the pits were super spacious
 
When we are in the waiting room, do we refresh once it hits 1pm?? I was waiting for 1 min to be put in the queue

I was just coming here to say this ! I tried to get back in and it let me but let me know I could only buy 2 tix

I might try again tomorrow for the other June Wembley date and see if I can get anything better

I was on AXS, joined waiting room about 10 to 11, and didn't refresh it just automatically put me in the queue. Then once you're at the front of the queue it automatically sends you on to the ticket options.
