Omg AXS messed up my card details so many times and made me lose my standing ones! I got seated though I can't believe it and how much my heart is racing!!

I have always had better luck using my phone, data not wifi, on AXS if anyone is trying there later.

I was meant to buy 4 tickets but could only get 2 in the end, can I still use my code for another 2 as the limit is 4 or is it just a one purchase chance? I feel bad I didn't manage to get them for the other two in the group!!

I had better luck with 4g, used my phone for axs. The queue seemed to refresh way quicker when I just left the page open so did that once I got halfway and took me about 15 mins from waiting room to choosing tickets, by which point first tier were already gone. Didn't refresh other than at around 10.35 to get into waiting room - didn't put me in automatically but I've seen it did for some people.
 
It feels really random, I joined the waiting room on my phone on 5G and my work laptop on the wifi (had two separate emails), at the exact same time, got in in 8 minutes on my wifi and only just got in on my phone.
It all depends where you get placed at the end of the waiting room and it seems unfair that it’s random.

Also I’d recommend using PayPal if you’re on AXS. I’ve had problems at the card details bit quite a few times in the past
 
i have terrible data in my house so have to use wifi :( i don’t know if it’s a good idea to refresh in the last minute before queue starts, i’ve done that on ticketmaster successfully but idk about AXS
 
I have literally been refreshing this thread constantly all day 😂 didn’t try in the 11am presale, holding out for 1pm. What time are people aiming to join waiting rooms? Manifesting tickets for us alllllll!!! ✨✨✨✨✨
 
I've now figured out how to filter by prices on my phone instead of it automatically doing best available. So hopefully have better luck at getting ones I can actually afford in either of the next two sales

I joined the queue at position 1700 and was exactly the same on my laptop and phone. Laptop was WiFi and phone was 4G. No idea how it works. Also I joined the waiting room at different times, 18 mins before on my phone and 11 mins before on laptop and still ended up same position so I honestly think it's luck (which I usually have none of)

Oh also, I tried to use the ticketmastet app and it told me I had to use a browser so I had to open the browser on my phone rather than app
