If you’re on AXS , waiting room opens 30 mins before and it will automatically put you in the queue but in a random place , so tbh there isn’t a need for the waiting room other than for peace of mind

then you’ll be popped automatically in the queue and automatically redirected to the website when your time in the queue is up

then you won’t be able to pick seats on a map but there will be a drop down . I just selected best available and kept refreshing until tickets became available which I then didn’t even look at what they were , I just clicked and bought them lol

😫😫😫 I’ve got a ticketmaster code (mine) and my sister’s (AXS) as she’s at work so got all her login details. Will use laptop for one and 5g for the other. My heart palpitations today are next level!!
 
Did anyone on AXS have standing as an option at all? I got in earlier but didn't understand the AXS system (PL4? What does that even mean on the map?) so going to try again at 1pm

Plus it's SO long to be standing for. Especially since if you want a good view you'll need to queue from the day before!

I got 4 x tickets for General Admission Standing and then 2 x tickets for Front Standing Right. Me and my friend both had a code, and yes, I appreciate how lucky we are!
 
AXS has blocked my code!!! Any idea how to fix it? I’ve dm’d them on twitter
