The mirror must have twisted his words right? I can't believe he would actually say he slept with someone else three times because Vanessa made him so insecure because she wouldn't marry him 🤯. I can't even 😵

I always dismissed Vanessa as some sort of hysterical Jewish housewife (no offense to Jewish housewives)... then I discovered she gained a double-first in English from Cambridge, not only that but there's a rumour that she used to do a lot of Stephen Fry's essays for him (not sure if that's true or even if they went to Cambridge at the same time). My point is ... Vanessa is a very smart cookie and not to be underestimated, I wish her well!
 
There's a 5 min interview he's done with the mail. I watched the first 30 seconds and he firstly talks about all the horrendous abuse he's received so gave up watching. Obviously abuse is not acceptable, but so often a comment someone doesn't like they call abuse. He isn't the victim here.

Her trip has probably been planned for a while with the half term to get away. Probably for the best if he's chatting to the papers.
 
I'm confused, this Ella sent the email in 2017 and Vanessa called her back then?

But V's daughters are talking about something vile received Christmas 2022 and it seems to be about the same person that Ben spoke about in interviews.

So V already knew for over five years that another woman was calling him an octopus?

I was watching a bit of Cristo this morning. Surprised he's still so fat. I would have thought he'd have lost weight. He mentioned a few months back about his gout and other issues, but he looks bigger than ever.

I really like Cristo. I'll never forget when I heard him on an overnight show a few years ago talking about eating disorders, he spoke so movingly of his own struggles and was so honest in describing how and what he would eat, I was so shocked at the extent of his problem and touched by his vulnerability, I ended up in tears! I've never phoned in to a radio show but I really wanted to, just to tell him I cared. He still seems so tortured by his demons surrounding food, I hope he can find a way to manage it, that weight will certainly not be helping the gout, nor will his much-documented love of booze!
 
Did I catch Cristo throwing shade at Steve Allen? Half listening to the 5am show opening but I heard him say something like "are Oompaloompas transphobic?" - he then chuckled/muttered that you have to be so careful nowadays.

Should add I am team Cristo, gave up even casual listening to SA, so negative and misogynistic, last straw was his comments about Naomi Campbell, made a couple of day or two (he was always behind the news as he relied on the papers) after she was in the news for becoming a mother at 50.

Come on that's just Steve's schtick ... these people who work in broadcast media are just actors, playing a role. I wish people wouldn't take everything they hear so seriously. :rolleyes:
 
I've just started listening to talk radio, is it just me who thinks the newsreader zora suleiman sounds like she's speaking through gritted teeth?

There's another newsreader, a fella and he never ever manages to say his name at the end of the news, he's either cut off midway or before 😂
