Nadine Dorris coming to Talk TV and her first guest is BoJo :eek:. The regular presenters as in Mike G and Ian C will no doubt have to toe the line now in their comments regarding Nadine as I am sure in the past she has been ridiculed.

Hmmm, no the video is something somebody else reposted and she’s quoted it… was quite funny actually. I don’t know… it’s weird she’s unfollowed another 7 people. Still not following Ben and nor is Allegra. Can’t work it out, but something clearly still going on.
 
Nadine is a Boris sycophant isn't she? So she's unlikely to ask him anything that will put him on the spot.

Her show is Friday at 8pm. Is that a Piers Morgan slot she's replacing?

Only the best of show, so it’s just an additional live programme to the schedule.

Didn't the ratings for Piers fall short of expectations?
Maybe they will reduce his airtime gradually?

I suppose Dorries is of interest to the station because she used to be a Nurse and will have hands-on insight regarding NHS discussions.

She's got a screw loose if you ask me. Let's hope her appearance goes better than last time she was on, there were a whole host of technical f*ck-ups ... this time she's actually interviewing a f*ck-up! Could be quite funny if nothing else. :rolleyes:

I don’t know really, it depends what they were measuring against. Piers will always have sway and media interest. Social media is all the thing these days. I think criticism of the ratings is purely from those who don’t want the organisation to exist in the first place…

Petrie is a diamond. Cutting down her show to 2 hours was the biggest mistake they’ve made so far.

Yeah, news viewing are low as is. I don't think the Murdoch empire expected them to be high. It gets stuff to be shared across his whole network and makes use of content from other outlets. I don't think it's quite the flop the naysayers (who wrote it off from day 1) are saying.

I've got no time for nads, but at least they'll get guests on that will actually challenge her (after BJ obvs) and it won't be an agreement bubble.
 
TBH I only watch talktv and GBNews now.
Bbc, sky news, itv and channels 4 & 5 news do my head in.

I can stomach these two channels.

Ok, certain presenters are annoying but on the whole, I lije both.
 
Frankly, talk tv would be better without Piers anyway. Biggest idiot going. Aside from that I think he’s genuinely a crap presenter! He just bellows everything. It’s not a pleasant watch.

Wonder if Joanna Gosling will turn up on here next?

I agree.
He says he advocates free speech but won't let anyone get a sentence out.
He interrupts and shouts them down.

Such a shame he has a massive (fragile) ego and verbal diarrea (sp?) because he has the clout to get good panelists and guests.
