Ive stopped watching.
Used to enjoy the evening show from 7 til 10 and then a bit of James Whale.
No longer.

I still listen to Mike Graham some mornings but I watched two of his Saturday night shows with Kevin O'Sullivan and they were annoying.

Them drawing crappy pictures and singing eurovision songs and talking over each other.

Neither can draw and neither can sing, so it was just noise.
Kevin's shows used to have great topics and interesting guests.
That all seems to have gone.
He's now covering other shows so I never know when he's on.
His Sunday show is on at in inconvenient time for me, so, that's it. Bye bye Kevin.

That Claudia-Liza and Dr David Bull talk over each other...they have been pulled up on it by listeners who text in a few times....I suppose it's just getting used to each other for a start. I don't know if either of them have presented anything as a pair before? I have only watched the evening format the first evening and thought it wasn't really for me..I do catch Petrie sometimes if I wake up in the night, though I don't mind her. I used to listen to her on the BBC in the height of covid.. All in all though probably has not hit the heights they wanted it too given the big names thrown at it, but these things take time I guess. No news program I can remember has been a success from the beginning...

Sharon Osbourne back in the studio for The Talk tomorrow.
I wonder if she'll be any more with it this time around.

At least she didn't give up after just three episodes 😆. Even with seasoned broadcasters the talk doesn't work

I don't quite get their pairing. If they were going for more of a TV show that needed 2 hosts, then I could understand it since both are experienced presenters however they're just crammed into a radio studio and it's no different from what was offered before, except it's those two and no Cristo. That really makes me wonder why he was bumped out of the 7am slot.

Petrie is fine at night but I wonder why she got that slot over existing presenters, especially when she said on air that she basically semi-retired from broadcasting and was pursuing other things.

Very odd then. I must admit I do like Cristo and I would feel a bit miffed about certain things if I was him. I would have been equally as happy, more so in fact if he had got the night shift instead of Petrie. I think I just prefer either to BBC radio's night time. They have Dotan who would be ok if he didn't say the phone number every 2 seconds he must say it in his sleep! Rant over as going a bit off topic..

Also seems a bit pointless to have Sharon Osbourne presenting an hour long show that nobody really cares about. Very few radio stations I can stand these days.

Accidently seeing Kyle's hateful face as I flick around the channels ruins my day. It's all I can do not to pick up a blunt instrument and batter the TV to death. Same with that pyscho Wootten on GB-Beebies. Must not go beyond ch 601 ... Must not go beyond ch 601 ...

Something about the way that Dan Wooten looks and talks, it's creepy. He seems like the type who would stab his best friend in the back if it meant furthering his own success. He doesn't seem trustworthy at all.

100percent. He doesn't blink either. Everything about him is soooooooo creepy. Even Lorraine Kelly couldn't stand him, her acting skills couldn't stretch THAT far ... aparently there was a mother of all bust-ups between him and Lorraine at ITV. Loved to have seen that. LOL.

To be honest, I didn't even know much about Dan Wooten before GB News. I knew he was a controversial character who was a journalist, but that's about it. I didn't know he worked on Lorraine, so that's interesting to know.b

Editing an entertainment gossip column isn't journalism, neither is sitting infront of an autocue.

Fair enough. I do wish GB News wouldn't employ people to present their shows simply because they garner attention with controversial views. That Beverley woman is the same. She made some controversial opinions, then in the next breath she's presenting a GB News show.

This wouldn't happen on most news channel. How they can have Alistair Stewart presenting a show, then have someone like her or Dan Wooten on the same channel is weird. One is definitely not like the other.

Only people with rampant personality disorders want to work on TalkTV or GB News. Not ALL, but a fair number. I occasionally tune in just in the same way as I look at an RTA on the motorway if I drive by one. I don't WANT to look, but I have a strange compulsion to be revolted.

Whale's show on Thu/Fri is split in half - the 11-12 hour is a Piers repeat.

Just shows how stupid the schedulers are frankly. Why do we even need a Piers repeat on a day he isn't even on? I didn't dislike him per-se at GMB but he's really the worst thing that happened to Talk.

At least Kev is getting the cover work. In the first month of TalkTV, Cristo has never done anything beyond the 5am slot (both his own one and a couple of covers for James Max).

Mike tweeted a promo photo for talkTV today. TND, Piers, Sharon & Kyle all at the front whilst the old talkRADIO presenters who were a huge part in building the station to where it was pre TalkTV are all hidden in the back. Bit sad really.

It's bloody ridiculous splitting a show.
I've kept the radio on for now because Piers is talking to Joan Collins and she's quite entertaining.

The Piers repeat has a news bulletin at the end and even that is a repeat of old news!!!!!!
It's ridiculous.
