Yeah she's not a size 8 and there is nothing wrong with that. Ffs can't be dealing with peoples delusions, she's a 12. She might fit into a size 10 dress at a push (so can I) but her jeans will be a size 12. Maybe even a size 14 depending on the shop.

I'm the same size as her I'm pretty sure, own your size and don't pretend bigger sized people are smaller than they are. It does no good except imply there is something wrong with being a size 12/14 and there isn't.

I remember Shaughna from season six having one of those I saw it first ranges and when asked about sizing claiming she was an 8. Like duck off.

It wrecks my head but it's the way it is in real life/outside the villa too. If someone says something crappy to you and you react you will always be the bad guy cause for some reason society puts the onus on us to "turn the other cheek" or to "be the bigger person".

A generally crappy person will get praised for doing something half decent one time, a generally decent person will be dragged for all eternity for standing up for themselves or snapping once.

I have no doubt there is some psychological reasoning behind it 🤣🤣

Jess I’d say was a size 12 going in, but she’s probably a 14 now. She’s definitely put on weight since going on there, it’s evident on her face .

thing is I love seeing her figure on LI, I love that she has rolls when she sits down, it’s so fuckin NORMAL and refreshing!!!!! But I hate that either she or other people are lying she’s a size 8. She’s a fine size as she is, let’s not downplay it.

Yeah i noticed this the other day, i watched the first ep of unseen bits and you could really see she had gained weight. Zach too. It’s normal though, most of them just treat it like a holiday and most people gain weight on their holidays. Also my fella said to me the other day that this season hardly anyone seems to be at the gym, in other seasons there’s always the ones there all the time but this season no one seems to be using it much. For what we see anyway

That’s how I saw it too. Anyone with siblings or even roommates could see how that situation could escalate. Ella asking Whitney why she wasn’t in the shower after was peak trying to push someone’s buttons and then then the youngest child dig which is basically calling Whitney selfish but as soon as Whitney bites back she’s the villain.
Ella kept saying her feelings were hurt and that she was annoyed because Whitney wouldn’t admit she was hurt by the smug comment. In the bit where they hug Ella again says her feelings are hurt, Whitney apologies and says Ella also hurt her feelings. So Whitney apologies to Ella and finally admits Ella hurt her feelings and Ella never apologises to her….ironically proving Whitneys point of her being selfish.
As far as I can remember Whitney has never claimed her opinions to be fact. She has claimed them to be truth and not to get into semantics but while truth and fact can overlap they are not the same thing. Someone’s truth is still very much considered their beliefs not facts. Although I do think Whitney's opinions are no more then her opinions.
It was AbI who said her opinion was a fact yet she has got no backlash for that.
At this point people really just don’t want to look at their own hypocrisy at the standards Whitney is being held to compared to everyone else.

Yes Zach is another you can definitely see it on. It’s great though, it’s normal as u say like coming back off holiday. I go crazy at the all inclusive 😂😂

Whitney presents her opinion as though it’s fact and the final say in a discussion. It’s an annoying trait. I don’t think people calling her out on it are doing so out of hypocrisy. Every islander on the show is called out for their actions, I just don’t get this defense of how when it’s done to Whitney it’s somehow coming from a mean or unfair place. She had a few similar moments in the last week where right or wrong she dealt with situations poorly and now she’s being called out. There’ll be someone next week who does something stupid and the viewers turn on them.

Oh yes, what else can we do, as besides several kinds of desserts usually there’s also a giant size bowl of Haribos at that station 😳
I tend to take other kinds of trips these days but when I went on beach holidays the most vital things to pack were loose cotton dresses and trousers with elastic waistbands; two-fold advantage, soothing if you got a bit sunburnt and longer before you get that full up feeling.

Whitney presents her opinion as her truth and being real. That is not the same as facts. I get it’s annoying and I as I said I think her opinions are just that, her opinions nothing more. Abi is the only person that has outright said her opinion is a fact. No one has said anything about that you even ignored that part in you’re reply.
Its quite clear people on this thread don’t want to get into the reasoning of why Whitney may be being held to a diffferent standard because every time someone has tried to bring it up it is shut down. But the vitriol with which Whitney is talked about and the way her actions and words are picked apart and twisted is not the same as the other islanders(Talking about across many social media sites and threads not just tattle). I’ll leave it at that because I don’t want to derail the thread too much.

There were SO MANY smokers/vapers last season - Tom, Samie, Keanan (that confuses me with him being a professional rugby player 🤷‍♀️), Shaq, Claudia, Will, Tanyel. There could have been more.

In contrast, last summer only had Adam and Davide.

I’m not a smoker and could never go out with one, the smell and taste 🤢.

Have you seen the hate Catherine got? Or Molly? Appreciate you’re a fan but I don’t agree with the implication that because not everyone is on her side re the row with Ella and some of her other actions this week that she’s somehow being treated awfully or worse than other islanders. She’s had a great run overall on the series there was always going to be a time where she does something people don’t agree with. For every ten people who don’t like her there’s another ten defending her. It’s just not that deep.

If you haven’t seen some of the discourse around Whitney and Catherine fair enough but you cannot compare what is aimed at them to what Molly got. Ignorance is not an excuse.
Molly has got terrible abuse online and it is wrong.
Catherine and Whitney are getting racial slurs being called monkey and banana emoji are being used for them and worse then what can be typed here. There was someone literally threatening to turn up to the airport with a gun for Catherine when she was voted out. They are NOT being treated the same.
