I know it’s only speculation but I kinda wish this had been spoilered, I didn’t know he’d been wrapped for a while 😅

Sorry!!! If it helps tv shows don’t film in order, it could just be he was filming more privately than others (public filming in Norway, LA, NY) makes sense

I was thinking the same - it could be that BC had other commitments lined up so they scheduled his filming early, or the locations for the majority of his scenes were booked for the early parts of the filming schedule.

Aside from the fact that BC as Logan is awesome, if Logan is only in the early part of the series and the remainder is the siblings scheming & bickering amongst themselves, that’s going to be pretty hard to keep interesting/not too ‘samey over a number of episodes. Logan is the catalyst for everything the successors do and who they are. If he’s gone the entire dynamic will change. So whilst the arc has always been building towards his death, I think it’ll be later rather than sooner.

(Obvs you can all quote me on this when he dies 10 minutes into the first episode 😆)

Any S4 predictions? I’m going to say Logan dying midway through, Kendall’s car accident being revealed and Marcia making a bid for Waystar. Don’t think the GoJo deal will go through because Logan dies. Shiv and Tom stay together, unhappy forever! None of the kids get Waystar

oooo!

logan has to die imo, it’s the only way it really “ends”. he is the centrepoint and as long as he’s alive he will always win. narratively, the fallout from his death works to resolve so many other plot points too.

ultimately for me it’s a show about trauma and unhappiness so i agree with you that tom and shiv will stay together miserable forever. it will probably set up like the siblings will work together but they’re all too damaged to really have a functioning sibling relationship so they eventually turn on each other.

i feel like jesse armstrong wants a commentary on capitalism and how money corrupts/the rich eat themselves etc so agree also it ends with none of the kids getting waystar but with the whole cycle just about to start over again forever.

edit: but i have said since the pilot that GREG WINS. this show will end with greg being the only one who successfully played the game, mark my words!

My guy Roman better not go back to Logan again!!! Stay strong Roman 🙏🏻

Also I think you'd all appreciate a housewarming gift i received today from a friend:
