1) COVID rules were all over the place in US and Europe. It takes time to coordinate filming
2) Same situation with the location of the actors/actresses. Sarah Snook (Shiv) is in Australia, the others are in UK and US. Some of the filming have scheduling conflicts with the other TV shows/movies/passion projects/stage dramas they might be filming separately. I know Jeremy Strong, Matthew Macfadyen, Brian Cox are hot property for other projects
3) Sourcing for interior decor and fashion items. I know for sure, some of the items featured on the show cost millions. HBO has the best budget and money to spend on these since they have past shows they can take set props from or buy stuff. Takes time, effort and money. I seriously hope Shiv gets a better wardrobe for S4 because S3 it was not a great fit. All that money but less class. S3 did her dirty
4) The showrunners are also based on different sides of the world. UK and US, again, scheduling conflicts and I am sure brainstorming for S4 ideas and funny zingers/dialogue might take months
I'd rather wait for some quality TV than watch some rehashed tit which is a concern with most US TV shows. I am also hoping they end by S5. I really don't want 10 seasons of this. It's not realistic at all!

I read an interview with the wardrobe director who said it was intentional. I think it just showed how Shiv just can’t read a room very well. Tom on the other hands wardrobe improved immensely.

The dress she wore to Kendall’s party was a shitshow too.Yes I think it was totally the point to make Shiv look uncomfortable and awkward but my god the outfits were awful weren’t they?The white wedding dress was a shocker.
How I wish we’d got to see the mini Wu-Tang.

Just found this thread and I will try and catch up on all the posts. I am normally a straight up comedy fan but as I had watched Veep and The Thick of it I thought I would give this a go. I love it so much! In 1 week I have binge watched the first 2 series, and I am starting S3 tomorrow night. It’s so intelligent and well written yet has some amazing one liners.

I was about to text my sister, but my partner texted me just before I sent it, and my phone inadvertently sent it to him instead of my sister. Thankfully my message was just about broken traffic lights - no genitalia involved.
