To be honest I have no interest in other forums' opinions but FFS wheelchairs?! those adults need to get a grip..sounds like they are bit too obsessed.

I am genuinely sad for the talented AJ and Kai missing out and particularly disappointed that the final competition is only 2 dancers, but c'est la vie. I am still looking forward to the group dance, being entertained whilst sipping my wine, the excitement of who will actually win on the night, catching up with the commentary on Sunday (not on "saturday" night 😜). And I'll miss this scd thread until next year.

(Bets on AJ and Kai doing the Christmas scd 2022).

whatever happens tomorrow, there's only one forum (apart from twitter obv) that'll be whining about it being rigged and it won't be us!

love how, here, we *mostly* just big up our faves, snark about tit we don't like and generally just have a good perv on attractive men

It’s definitely more chilled on here, although I do enjoy the DS Kj appreciation thread, it’s a nice group in there. ( and you get interesting gossip). Do NOT go on the various FB groups unless you want to drown under a million posts from Brenda and Margarets about ‘Lovely Rose’ with all the 🌹 motifs!

Even if that was an option, which I doubt it was, Rhys has already said that he wouldn’t do the final now anyway as it would be unfair for him to try and learn/relearn 3 dances in such a short space of time as the stress of that would impact on his mental health
 
Nyle DiMarco was a deaf contestant on DWTS US and he did a couples choice which shut off the music too. My daughter was raving about it before she saw Rose’s couples choice. For me this was an incredible moment of the series. I know fans of other finalists say they are pushing the deaf aspect but she is and how she can dance so beautifully without hearing the music to me is extraordinary. I think she’s amazing.

I’m assuming it’s anonymous too? That’s such a worry, these people WALK AMONG US!

I was 11 when Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves came out and I had the biggest crush on Christian Slater 😍. Back then there was no internet, no social media and my crush consisted of buying magazines, putting pictures on my wall and watching his films.

Fast forward 30 years and I can’t imagine acting the way these folk are over him or Pasha or anyone. It really concerns me, just how involved people get in what’s supposed to be a light hearted, fun show. Every year I’ve had my favourite, I vote, I enjoy watching and for the last couple of years I’ve enjoyed reading here. But to invest so much in a pro or contestant that you’re willing to argue with people, say terrible things and, by the sounds of it, embarrass yourself in the sake of someone who will most likely think their behaviour is odd, is, well…odd.

I have my favourites and sometimes I can sort of understand the temptation to reply back when someone is slagging them off, but it's never a good idea. Because at the end of the day, who cares if someone else doesn't love the same pro or celeb that you do? It doesn't stop you from enjoying their dances and it turns something positive into something negative

One of the more extreme examples was years ago, I remember looking at the Jay and Aliona thread during the live tour and people were posting the text number asking everyone to vote for them as they couldn't bear the thought of them not winning all the dates on the tour 😕. Just enjoy the show!
