I was thinking the same like imagine if one of the female pro's did it, how much slandering they would get.

Not by the general public; I would say a couple of those are more well known and/or more well liked.

I would hazard a guess that the more popular, well known pro's were offered a slot on BB first.

I'd be surprised if Dianne and Gio weren't asked initially but turned it down. I suppose Gio is touring and maybe Dianne will be going back out to Australia soon? Nikita's lovely but not really known outside of strictly (granted none of them really are but Gio and Di the only two with a separate following it seems)
 
If I was a booker, I'd have offered it to Gio first and foremost - highest profile out of the males, lothario reputation, recent tabloid coverage due to Amanda drama. Would seem a no-brainer.

Then I'd have probably gone for Vito - won the last series (showmance rumours), exuberant personality, often unintentionally funny, gorgeous and (apparently) single.

I'd have then likely opted for Dianne, followed by Katya.

Mind you, its not just a case of bookers contacting agents and offering them a slot, I suppose. Agents can contact bookers, too, if their client is interested.

As I’ve already said , Nikita shares an agent with AJ AND Will , as does Jowita now. It was pretty guaranteed he’d be in the running.

Its a strange one though because when my fav actor signed up to do Strictly lots of die hard fans went mental saying No,why he is doing this, it's beneath him, he'll be hated and he's better than that, even now people are still in uproar !

I think if your a fan of someone you just have to respect their choices and back them and hope they do well from it, I was pleased for Nikitas fan base that they get to see more of him and I think he has a good chance of winning tbh.

Yeah, Johannes is the only other one I think would have piqued attention, but he's touring anyway.

Anyway, presumably Nikita will bring up his girlfriend imminently and end the showmance speculation.

Why couldn't you have just waited for your turn on Celebrity Masterchef like all the other pros, Nikita? 😩 (I'm only being half serious about this whole thing, Nikita can do what he likes, but I reserve the right to judge him and/or take the piss 😆)
