They could have let her dance to any song from her own childhood!! Who on earth on production lost a bet

It was part of the BBC 100th Anniversary week so the music had to be BBC related. Some of the song ‘choices’ for the couples were odd as they didn’t suit being danced to. They could have at least let Molly pick a show she had watched or leave the Couple’s Choice for her until the following week so she had more free reign

I'm just casually coming in after spending a couple of hours working watching old strictly vids to post one of my favourite Argentine Tango's because my god this was hot

It really was, and Kai has never looked better.

I don't believe this for a second. Apparently he wants back but even if he did AND was cleared of everything, he'd checked out after Rose? I'm pretty sure he only signed up to Ballando to make up for lost earnings.
I don’t want him back. I didn’t want Aljaz back either.

I am finding him quite amusing now. When he said on the results show 'so me and Michelle were lying there the other night' and then tried vainly to overcorrect.. Prefer him to turkey massacrer JB
I wonder if he said that deliberately, for devilment. I like Jamie, as others have said, he definitely doesn't take himself one bit seriously. Always a nice trait in someone's character, imo.
That costume, OMG, I am still laughing. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lovely interview with Pete and Jowita on ITT. Again, doesn't take himself seriously, but is working hard. And I always love when VIto is on with Fleur on ITT. The fact that they were partners, his first year, just always adds a bit of extra fun and warmth to their chats.

I smile when the celebs tell Fleur about how it feels to be in the dance off. That gal did more than her share of those, but she (quite rightly) never alludes to that, or makes it about herself. I was sad about Rylan leaving ITT but Fleur is a great successor to the job. And Lauren was lovely and very good in choreography corner. I love hearing the explanations about the various dances, I find it really interesting.

Molly actually at the time being the star of CBBC’s big musical space fantasia Nova Jones too…

ITT was hilarious, Toyah, I think she actually likes Eel (or stockholm syndrome!) but during the best bits montage showing the tango head shakes, she pointed to Eel and said 'his idea'

Pete was was funny, i wish to uneven his teeth and shrink them to

Vito and Sarah were on form, she was fab.

Fleur's outfit 🫣

And if you want more of Chris (iplayer Would I lie to you)

i love this but why is Gorka so bleeping annoying
Had to make it about him and lift his top to show off his hips🙄

Did you see the other week when Derek called him out for Brooks being in tango hold when she was doing quickstep? I think they're the showmance couple this year.
Yes, oof that was so awkward! From what I've seen he even seems to be doing the showmance half arsed as well as the teaching. I liked him when he partnered Shangela a couple of years ago, but he's gone back to being total ick.

Bookies' odds now@
To win;

11/10 Chris McCausland
7/2 Tasha Ghouri
10/1 JB Gill
12/1 Sarah Hadland
20/1 Wynne Evans
25/1 Shayne Ward
40/1 Jamie Borthwick
40/1 Sam Quek
50/1 Montell Douglas
60/1 Pete Wicks
66/1 Punam Krishan
200/1 Nick Knowles
200/1 Paul Merson

Chris is walking it. The only question is whether he can sustain everything. He looked knackered Friday/Saturday and this must be taking a huge amount out of him. (Also Tasha is not winning this, even if Chris pulls out).

Yes, it was interesting in the video Tasha posted about her cochlear implant (fascinating, thanks to whoever shared it!) when she said how draining it is concentrate extra hard to compensate for not having all of her senses. It's probably very similar in other ways for Chris, if you can't rely on visual cues, there is so much more you have to do. He's not my winner but I wouldn't be mad if he wins, he's doing great and I am really admiring Dianne, especially because she's not approaching it in a patronising way. She must be really bolstering his confidence, I'd be scared to do some of those moves!
