Or it was in front of junior staff who he had contempt for and didn’t think they would be a threat. I think he was able to maintain the exuberant happy mask in front of the people he respected or he felt had an element of power. Look at how the pros stepped back Gio over the last year or so as his arrogant superior attitude became more obvious. There didn’t seem to be any indication that pros were stepping back from Graz. I don’t think there is any way Vito would have started the Italians lives with him if he knew. To be so closely aligned to an abuser could be career threatening (or not as white men seem to be able to pretty much do anything and it not be their fault). Graz seems to be one of those who only lets his mask off behind closed doors at people he feels he can. His poor wife will definitely see the dark side of him. I always got a strange vibe from their videos in that she just seems to be there to smile and dance/hang off him, I didn’t feel that she showed any real personality and I don’t have any sense of who she is other than his wife. I had put that down to the language barrier but I’m now rethinking that.

It seems like whatever she does will be wrong so she might as well make some money from this and have her say.
 
I say she was frightened when she saw the abuse Amanda received.

Zara’s dancing was slated as not being very good. My performance in just about anything is bad if I have someone sniping at me. Imagine having to train from a place of fear and then having to go out and dance under the nation’s gaze. And pretend that he is an amazing teacher etc. Brutal.
 
I can’t imagine how I would feel if I discovered my other half had kicked, hit and spat at a female junior colleague who was meant to be in his care and mentor etc. I don’t think I could stay, it would be such a shock and betrayal of who I thought he was as a man. It does beg the question if she has witnessed this side of him before sadly.

I would be amazed if she hadn’t. Bullies tend to seek out partners who they can control… 😔

That's what upsets me too. He really did a number on her, it's only with time I think she could look back and recognise it was wrong.

I am actually way too upset by this, I just didn't see it coming, I knew Gio was a prick like but this man had me fooled.

So telling that he was able to put the post on his grid though. Of course there are many reasons why Zara might prefer to keep it on her stories, but the fact is that Graziano has 30k likes on the post and has gained 4k followers since this all started:
