I think Angela S might be in the dance off this week, whilst she does seem to have some support she has had fun dances that are memorable, even if they haven’t been great, but a waltz could easily get lost. Especially if Krishnan and Annabelle have fun sambas to fun songs that people are more likely to enjoy from a entertainment factor

Looks like it doesn’t, although quite a few people seem unimpressed with the way she took being in the dance off. I bet a big top hat and tails, tribute to Morecambe and Wise starring La Rippon is being planned as we speak

It certainly seems like the producers have planned for Annabel to be out this week, if the audience saves her though, could be a shock bottom 2.
Although, sometimes I think the producers aren't necessarily weaving carefully planned narratives, sometimes it seems like it's just a monkeys throwing darts at a spinning wheel chaos machine.
Zara said in an Insta Q&A that her dance last week had she still been in would have been a Rumba. Her week 4, 5 and 6 dances seemed like they were desperate to keep her in, but apparently they were jettisoning her week 7 anyway.
The first series I watched was 2017, and I remember thinking it was obvious that the producers wanted someone out when they gave them a dreadful song/theme and/or costume... up until week 7, when they gave Debbie and Giovanni a Tango to I Gotta Feeling. And they got 40 and Craig on his knees and then I realised that nope, everyone gets a turn to be stitched up and they can either sink or swim.

It seemed like that last year when they ended up with three paso dobles in the semi finals. So poorly planned.

Am I the only person thinking Rippon's paso puts her on dodgy ground for the dance off again? I don't we're going to see anything we haven't seen before, her vote has already turned and she'd have been better off with traditional flamenco music and theming than Madonna.
Dodgy music choices all round this week apart from the sambas IMO.
Kind of hoping we get to see Jojo belly dance like Shakira Shakira. Annabel can just stand there.

I lean towards thinking they're showmancing as a Glitterball winning strategy, but I wouldn't be shocked if there really was something going on. The matching outfits on ITT are certainly an interesting choice either way.

Sorry to talk about Bobby some more (honestly I'm sick of hearing about him too), but I've just seen this, and I'm like, is it a job well done if you make the viewers uncomfortable? There's been a lot of ATs on Strictly, but none of them have ever given me the impression of 'woman being held hostage by man obsessed with her' before

Tbf the first part is a key concept in Buddhism. I just can't imagine Bobby truly getting his head around these spiritual concepts if he can't deal with more than few words at a time
