His mouth is honestly going to be his biggest downfall, he can't seem to keep it shut.

Neither could Jade, she’d be doing OK, thinking before she spoke and looking fairly reasonable but inevitably out would come inappropriate comments, bordering on unkind. I don’t think that can be passed off as lacking intellect, anyone can think things out, some are not just as quick as others. Also doesn’t make people of that ilk terrible people, just people who should learn how important it is to listen.

Whether he meant it romantically or not he needs to be careful what he says. Not only is Dianne in a 5 year relationship but shes also been on the receiving end of some horrific trolling including people showing up to her house. Not only that but I've seen some Dianne fans say that they would consider not voting for them on the back of what he's doing and saying because they feel uncomfortable for her and because he doesn't seem to care about the affect his words will have for her.

I think we have to remember that Bobby and Dianne are working together. And however much Strictly looks like a big jolly, it is work. Now imagine that in your job you've got to work very closely with some newbie who keeps telling everyone that he fancies you and is falling in love with you. Would you honestly want to work with that guy? Because I would feel extremely uncomfortable.

It's not appropriate, not respectful and certainly not professional.

I wonder if Bobby would be saying these things if Joe was some huge beefy guy instead of... this.

I think the apple just hasn't fallen far from the tree in Bobby's case and perhaps the show forgot the possibility of that when he signed up.

Also explains why Dianne’s not posting much about him. Also, Joe’s started commenting on her posts which he hasn’t done in a while. I think we will see the bare minimum required with social media.

Who do you reckon has the best chance of most popular dance (social media accumulated likes) of the week? So far, it's been:

Wk1 Nigel - Paso
Wk2 Layton - QS
Wk3 Bobby - Samba

I'm thinking Nigel has the best chance again this week. Interested to see Ellie's Samba, too. Could go either way that one.

Regardless of how he meant it, still a weird thing to say especially when you take into account all of the abuse & trolling dianne gets from the press about it already. If any of the other contestants came out and said something like that about a pro who has been in a relationship for 5 years they would be slated, a lot of people try to make excuses for Bobby because of his age but he’s a grown man.

The phrase 'I fancy her' for example for people to keep saying it doesn't mean he finds her attractive ???

He should be saying No, no attraction between me and Di, definitly do not fancy her, I've got total respect for her partner Joe, could never fall in love with her as she's taken.

He's 100% got a thing for her and he's desperate for a showmance she's tried to set a few boundaries but he's paying zero attention .

a really well done salsa (by a likeable contestant, sorry amanda) usually does well so i would hope for nigel too. it’s interesting that people have pointed out the hamza journey with him!

i think ellie is only growing in popularity too though, especially as bobby may be dipping a bit if he doesn’t get some kind of quick “here’s how you should word things” training

same here. she has been the most consistent contestant in my book; extremely likeable, lovely vibe with vito and just really nice to watch.

if she and nigel are both in the final i’ll struggle to know who to vote for!

The only difference with Hamza was that his week 4 was a complete surprise. Obviously he'd done that lovely week 1 foxtrot, but it was Mardy Mellor who won the show that week. No one was really expecting a 'journey' or a 'comeback' for Hamza. It was all very much about Will and Helen at that point.

But Nigel definitely has the best scope for the big crowd-pleaser this week.
