It's the episode with Rose and Gio's Couple's Choice. I'd rather they show one from an early series, but maybe they don't want to remind us how much more dance-focused Strictly used to be compared to today

I liked some of her actual ballroom dances but always find contemporary dance boring. It had the wow factor the first time but now rewatching it, it isn’t really anything that special.

She was obviously a trained dancer so she had an advantage to begin with. She was pretty near perfect but yes a little boring.
