And every year like clockwork, I moan about it :D
after 3 months’s of build up, the curtain comes down and that’s it. No thanks for coming or anything.
the least they could give us is one last ITT.

Yeah I guess. But the whole week before is all run up. I don’t know what more they could possibly say. They did their speech 🤣. I must be in the minority but I don’t mind. It’s finished see you next year 🙈

I just think a last ITT would tie it all up, and you’d get a coherent interview not one with the credits running over the bottom and the runners up being hoiked off with the Les Dawson hooked stick.

God forbid she has her own mind and is not worn down by Gio’s the Stans pursuit of her. She must give in, as she is a woman and must do what other people tell her to do 🙄

Wtf is 'Hamza girl'? Geez the S*n really is sinking to an all time low to have that on the front page. What was the editor thinking?
So here I was waiting for a long, wholesome interview with Hamza and Jowita post-final to celebrate their win, and those crappy tabloids all post garbage "experienced" dancer bs trying to discredit him and now trying to associate him in this latest "secret scandal" fling.

Oh and Gio on the front page, with his double-breasted jacket, overshadowing their incredible win is so annoying.

Btw, for the Christmas special, why can't they pair the newer pros (Michelle, Lauren etc.) who haven't had partners with someone? I would love to see them dance (they both seem really good as well) for a change.
Instead we're all going to have to deal with that pervert Neil Jones on our screens for Christmas.
 
I was over the moon when Hamza and Jowita won, like some others here I wanted him to win from quite early on. I’m not bothered there hasn’t been a lot made by the media/social media about Hamza’s win. Maybe he didn’t want to be all over the media and social media afterwards. Maybe other pros/celebs are being respectful of that? He lives in a small, quiet community and perhaps if they and his family are happy for him, then that’s all he needs. He said he finds certain situations overwhelming, and I’m with him on that! I think doing Strictly will raise his profile as much as he wants it to. I think he wants to help people who have dyslexia and educate people around wildlife/the planet. Not everyone wants to be the media’s darling, we see how they build people up just to smash them to pieces.
But to reduce Jowita to being Hamza’s girl makes my blood boil, is that all us women are somebody’s girl? I’m happily single (yes newspapers that is actually a thing, we don’t all need to be someone’s girl to live a happy fulfilled life). Why isn’t Gio Rose’s boy in the headline, oh that’s right it’s just casual every day sexism. I’d expect nothing less from the S*n.
Btw I don’t really consider here as social media re Strictly. I mean it as trending on Twitter, or masses of Facebook groups.
Anyway it’s coming over that I’m being a grump today, and I’m not actually grumpy today believe it or not

I'm going to immediately take a shower after writing this as defending Neil is all sorts of wrong but he has taken a massive one partnering Rosie Ramsey. No newer pro ever deserves that
