Lady Lav regally ignores them. I think she sort of approved of Ashley, as she was quite classy and a dancer. Maura was greeted with benign silence. I imagine she will quite approve of Jowita, being a champion and all.

I guess the Hamzita shippers will be gutted too: I do hope Hamza wasn't smitten.

I can't imagine Gio being great to be around if you'd broken up. Personally don't think Gio is great to be around anyway.
 
I wonder if Gio will be back for Strictly next year. With changing his PR people, his new look etc, Im not sure if he will be back.

He will be. The best time to leave is after winning, especially as the year after they usually give you a dud. Now he's had his dud he will probably get another good one. If that's the case next year might be his last so Richie isn't his last.

As a massive Hamza fan, I was a Hamzita shipper for about one week until it became pretty clear that their relationship is not romantic, but they just have a cute friendship. Think most other Hamza fans think that too and don't ship them.
I think Hamza would be much better off with a pure, gentle, nature-loving, rewilding lady who prefers a quieter life. Away from all the showbiz.

I would say that the pros, Hamza, and a lot of backstage/crew folk would have all been aware anyway.
The only thing that disappoints me is that you spend 9 hours a day for 13 weeks with a pure, humble soul like Hamza and you then choose to date that sleazy, arrogant prick Gio out of all the choices you had...

So I guess it has changed how I think about Jowita now.

Genuinely shocked by the Gio/Jowita news. They don't seem very well matched. Another for the Strictly pile I guess, I've thought basically all of them were weird at first! 😂

And the countdown to a fringe group of Rio shippers adopting the same theory as some of the KJ ones - that it's all a ruse to sell tickets to a couple's tour begins! 3....2...1...

I'd find it an incredibly weird time to leave. Dating another pro gives a bit of a publicity boost to both of them, and surely they'd want to make the most of it?
