Helen got her groove back after getting her groove back, then! She's probably got AT and a waltz, which could get lost a bit if the others have crowdpleasing dances (think we are having two Charlestons). I'm resigned to the fact she might win though - nice, inoffensive lady but very boring on the dance floor.

Someone on DS pointed out that Rose also had the AT and Waltz in the Semi-Final. Maybe Helen is going to follow Rose's path and get the win.
I am also resigned to the fact that Helen or Hamza might win. I am not that bothered because my faves never win Strictly. I agree that Helen is boring on the dancefloor.
It really doesn't matter what Hamza and Helen do on Sunday because people will vote for them regardless.
 
I would love Hamza to win - I've loved watching him from the beginning, adore Jowita and would marry them both in a heartbeat.







But I don't really mind who wins as I always seem to forget the winner - spent ages wracking my brains yesterday trying to remember who won last year!
 
Hamza’s still my fave even though some of his dances have been underwhelming. I never root for someone just because of dancing ability! I’d love him, Helen and Molly in the final. I’d take Fleur over Will, obviously, but if the inevitable happens and it’s a Molly v Fleur dance off, I want Molly to go through.

You never know though, Strictly viewers might not connect with Will’s mad fer it mash up (I can’t believe he’s actually doing it 🤣) and give him the boot. We live in hope.

I always do with these type of shows. I remember Kelvin, bill bailey and stacey winning but other than that I can't remember.
I racked my brains last night thinking about who won BGT this year. It happened in June of 2022 ffs.

To be fair, there is more than one way of winning with Strictly.

I don’t go down the ‘real winner’ route because the winner is whoever prompts enough people to vote for them in the final … but I think all of the top 6 or 7 at least will come out of it with enough positives to have made doing it worth their while. Hamza will probably get more mainstream wildlife programming, Fleur could get an opening into a musical theatre part, Molly could move into more adult roles, Will to more lead roles than supporting, Helen has shown she is back out there. The win is nice, but it’s not the be all and end all.
 
I think Fleur is fine, I have no strong feelings either way about her, but unfortunately obsessive and overly defensive fans tend to put me off the person, through no fault of their own.
Hamza has always been my favourite, and Helen my 2nd favourite, and I should be happy that one of them is probably going to win, but I'm just a bit meh about the whole thing now 🤷‍♀️
A Mardy win would probably be an appropriate ending to this series for me 😁 (but please no Mardy win 😆)

I agree with you. AJ never won, but it seems like she hasn't stopped working since her series ended. Most of time people forget about the winners anyway.

Yeah I am quite happy Fleur and Molly have made it to the SF and then for one of them there will be a big bonus. Profiles enhanced, and also more £££ through going further in the contest. I would love either Hamza or Helen to do a really wow dance in the SF to really earn the win and I do think it's still just about open between them..

Didn't Kelvin do a Northern Soul inspired showdance (I saw someone suggest Will might incorporate NS into his Madchester medley)? Just watched it - god I hate most showdances!! (I also could not *bear* Kelvin's face). I don't think Will's CC will be the game-changer he would need to sneak a win..

Maybe but I’m not sure that’s the case with last year. You couldn’t escape Rose right up until this series started. Nothing against her but she was bloody everywhere! Didn’t her CC also win a bafta?

I think most people will do well after strictly if they’ve made any kind of impact and more importantly, have good management and PR.

I would love if Fleur won but I don't think it will happen.
If not her, then Hamza would be my next favourite person to win.
I love both of their partnerships. They are both with lovely pros.

As has been said upthread, I think for all of them who got this far, it will likely open new doors for them anyway.

Yeah, Rose's CC won a BAFTA.

Unpopular opinion alert: I think that Rose's CC was very overrated. Lol, don't shoot me.

Totally agree her personality doesn’t shine through like some of the others - loved her costume at the weekend though!
