I think her life revolved around their sons and Jamie's career for a long time and Strictly was the first thing she'd done for herself for a while and then her decision stemmed from there.

This is obvs just my opinion but it seemed like she was in the shadows for a long time.

She left her allegedly dirty, unfaithful, controlling, misogynistic (but the media never mention it) husband.
Her regrets might be its scary being single at her age, especially when her ex and his father are so loved by media and cavemen

I didn't mind the shoes but I did get a bit of a start when they appeared from under the desk 😄

It was useful but it made me long for the old VTs they used to do where they explained a dance in detail and what the judges were looking for. That's the VT I want to see, not someone snivelling because a song reminds them of their childhood pet hamster.

I guess it was easier to do those VTs when everyone was doing the same 1/2 dances that week.

And I suppose if they tell the audience exactly what makes a good dance then it will expose the judges scoring even more when they give a 9 for a dance with no basic steps.
 
From the look of the shoes in Dianne's last insta story looks like Tyler has another ballroom this week, I'd guess quickstep.

As for his feet, he keeps tripping over his big feet? I think they mentioned something about his feet causing issues on Saturday when they were talking to Claudia or the judges.

Ohhh! Yes, I remember re the feet now. The Quickstep is probably the worst one for tripping over your own feet.

I think his posture is their biggest worry now. Out of the dances he has left he can kind of only get away with his posture not being great in Samba and Salsa. His dance order has kind of screwed him over. It feels like now that his story for the series is over (marathon, brother's wedding etc) the producers don't really care about keeping him in.

I think they tried to help him along by giving him dances that were upbeat and played to his strengths and were … freer … on technique when there were still enough cannon fodder celebs loitering round the lower reaches but now that’s come back to bite him.
