It could well be a runner or similar level of production that's selling these stories. My friend was a runner on X Factor for years and had a very lucrative deal with The Sun as a mole. She loved working on the show but was not getting paid well for a lot of hard work so I get why she did it. She was careful to only sell stories where anybody from production could have seen/known.

That's exactly what I thought no one front of house would risk it but someone low down the ladder in production might. I would even suspect the producers turn a blind eye because they know it gets the show talked about.
 
I think Jayde actually has a hidden reputation of being difficult. Wouldn't be like a comedian, eh? Anyway, I don't know if it was mentioned here before but she was an Adele impersonator. She through a strop and refused to take part in what she thought was a sketch with tonnes of Adele impersonators and she was annoyed because she wanted to be taken seriously (yes, as an impersonator). Turns out Adele came out and surprised all the impersonators. Although I said this to a friend and she said Jayde was never even invited to take part :/

I have noticed her 'high opinion' of Kai I wonder if she is lining him up for when Gio has jumped ship?
Now as someone who has followed (and liked from a respectful distance...) Kai since his first appearance on DWTS Ireland I am sure I recall her being snooty about him in the past it was only when she realised how genuinely close they are that she suddenly decided he was a worthy Strictly pro.
It's just a coincidence it was around about the time Kai almost danced AJ into an early grave and they had to withdraw leaving the path to the glitter ball free for her precious. ;)

I'm sure I've heard her tell the Adele story on a show or podcast before, although a slightly different version - something about her being caught in traffic on the way there then deciding it wasn't worth it and going home...

I posted this before, but her and Kiri Pritchard McLean used to work together a lot and seemed to be close friends and now don't follow each other (sorry, I'm a bit of a comedy nerd and noticed this when I saw Kiri post that they weren't doing anymore of their podcast). So she seems to have pissed off at least one other person 😆

Chief AJ and Kai shipper has posted some blurry photos of Kai and Lauren saying how happy they look together 🤣

She was so bad on SCD but had an attitude of entitlement that was not nice at all.

Her subsequent behaviour on twitter after her elimination just confirmed the opinion many of us had. I couldn't bear her.

Its basically impossible to prove who it is. There are so many people working in the studios at any one time. The covid year was the exception because it was limited to only necessary people which explains why it was so hard for the mole that year.

But yeah apart from a bit of gossiping what would someone senior benefit from giving out stories. They're probably more likely to get found out and reprimanded too.

She definitely did herself no favours whatsoever with her carry-on especially after she was eliminated. I was glad to see her leave. I didn't enjoy her performances at all.
