Completely agree about Giovanni and Rose - I was getting so bored of his knight in shining armour schtick so I'm glad Rose isn't that sort of contestant yet again

Keep changing my mind about whether Gorka wants to leave or not - he seemed very pro-Strictly on Steph's Packed Lunch yesterday. And also clearly quite relieved he didn't have the stress of trying to teach someone to dance in their lunch hour for another week. I don't really think Gemma's comments were a dig, more just trying to defend Gorka a bit

I don't think I can remember a year where I've liked the three frontrunners quite so much - John, Rose and AJ just seem like really nice, genuine people - no edge to them

Tom Fletcher can stay well away from the final though 😠

The number of hardcore fans who will have noticed must be tiny compared to the number of viewers. So I don’t think it can be to drum up excitement or boost viewing figures. It Must be complications behind the scenes or just an omission

I bet nobody wants to leave. Only those who have major irons in the fire move of their own accord. Kevin thought he was going to be a big thing, but covid cancelled his plans. Karen Hardy was opening dance studios. Others want kids. The likes of Brendan and James J definitely did not want to go.

A bit like Eastenders actresses who leave and think they are going to conquer Hollywood. Katie McGlynn left Corrie and thought she would go and do that. I would be pleased I just had a job. 90% of actors are unemployed at any one time but she was in Waterloo Road, Corrie, and now Holly Oaks. Why? She isn’t a good actress.

Michelle Keegan done the same thing, although she has still had fairly decent success. Not everyone can be Katherine Kelly or Suranne Jones 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣
 
Is Rose completely deaf? Only asking as i’m a bit confused after Gio’s recent stories, she says she now can’t hear anything at all and doesn’t have to listen to his voice now that her hearing aid is broke.

I was curious about this too and wondered if she has some hearing in a quiet setting but when she's on telly it's difficult for her with all the other noises going on ...I wish they would put her interpretator in a better position for her, must be a bit off putting that she has to look so far past the person who is speaking.
