Motsi seems like such a warm, fun and positive person. She’s a fun judge but sometimes it would be nice to have a balance of nonsense + actual helpful criticism and feedback for contestants. Sometimes it feels like a wasted judging spot when her comments are pretty much pointless, which as a viewer is annoying!

I know some people think Giovanni is fake but I've never seen him gush like this about any of his partners before. He's still close to Debbie, Faye and Michelle and he was never like this over them. I do believe that him and Rose have built a genuine friendship that will last.

I think for some that will be why it looked like she really was unhappy with the result, she is always positive. And it wasn’t just the photo but the tears watching J and J’s show dance too. Oti was crying too but she isn’t meant to be an impartial judge

It's clear as day that Motsi has been moved and inspired by Rose - she gave her 10 for every day and has always been so positive about her!
I think Oti and Motsi were especially moved for Johannes as well, this was a massive deal for a gay black South African that hasn't really been talked about.

To me it looked like Motsi was just moved by the whole occasion. I also have resting witch face so I sympathise. Even if she has a preference for JJ, she clearly loved Rose's performances and gave her top marks. A non-story

Bill Bailey said that a studio heavy took the Glitterball from him 20 minutes after the show ended and put it in a locked case. I think he and Oti were given mini Glitterballs a couple of days later.
