I saw an article earlier that said Robert wouldn't be coming back, and that Dianne might dance with Greg as Karen won't be able to 🤷‍♀️



I didn't watch this series at the time, but I watched bits of it on YouTube last year and I was like I would have voted for Chris as well 🤷‍♀️ After years of reading on DS that Chris Hollins was the worst thing to happen to Strictly everrr, I was expecting a lot worse :LOL:

Compared to Ricky Whittle and Ali Bastian, he was a far worse dancer - nice enough guy but that was my first year of watching and an early lesson that the best dancer doesn’t always win 😂

But still my overriding memory of that year was Craig “I just want ti get t’Blackpool” Kelly

Re Chris and Ola ,(cola as chris used to call them) I voted for them from quite early on that year. He was so endearing and their partnership was amazing to watch imo. I know Ricky Whittle was a brilliant dancer but I didn't warm to.him at all.

Oh yes, Craig Kelly was a bit deluded about his dancing abilities wasn't he? But it did lead to that great line from Alesha about "I can't believe Zoe Lucker is gone and I had to watch that!" :LOL:

Yes I thought so too, Chris was likeable and his partnership with Ola was sweet. Ricky was a much better dancer, but like you say, I didn't warm to him and Natalie's desperation to win was a bit off-putting.

Genuinely cracks me up! It does make sense of Gio going really hard to dispel the rumours around the Spring, it bordered on rude but I can see why he would want to kill of the shipping fast in those circumstances.

Ooh Ranvir! I don't think so - I follow her on insta and he started popping up in the summer but I thought he was her wee gay BFF!
I think something did go on between Gio and Ranvir - maybe just a fling or flirtation. But I remember that she interviewed him on GMB in April and they were both super flirty. I thought 'oh maybe something is still going on or about to start up'. But then they were never seen together and he got together with Maura. And Ranvir has stopped liking his posts at all so dunno if she was pissed off with him/he did her dirty/or just she's moved on with her young one..

Oh Oti has posted this tagging Mabel. So looks like it was supposed to accompany Mabel's performance on Sunday that didn't happen (why?). Shame!
Nikita and Katya have such charisma and chemistry that I immediately started shipping them after that!
