Controversial perhaps but I did think Rhys' Charleston was 1 mark better than AJ's. Watching the slowed down footage of her Charleston on ITT tonight, you can see that she just needs to smooth out the transitions and loosen up a tiny bit. She can easily iron it out to get 40 though. Go on AJ!
 
Genuine question but why are rylan and Janette not presenting together? It’s my first year to watch ITT, was it like this with Zoe and Rylan too and is it because of COVID?

A Strictly icon for sure and I'm kinda glad it happened just to look back on for a laugh but what the heck was Erin thinking? I think she wanted to show that Colin could dance on his own but there are so many other ways to do that, not bloody dummies.

I don't fancy him but that's my favourite version of Kai and I did kind of get the builder thing. He's very blokily built and should play into that.

I think they will struggle to get the same reception and impact. I also feel it's a bit of shame as they could have done a completely silent showdance. They still can, of course, but that groundbreaking moment of silence in the CC exists now.

I've always figured that the favourite dance doesn't affect the vote much so it doesn't really matter what a couple picks. The vote opens after they've done the dances that the judges picked and then people are voting throughout the show dances. By the time a couple does their favourite dance, most people will have used their six free votes and the winner will have been decided unless it's a very close vote.

While I would have preferred the VW, I'm not surprised that the couples' choice is Rose's favourite dance. I think it'll be the routine she's remembered for and it captures what Strictly has been to her. It's not the most technically complex dance but hopefully her judges' pick and show dance will provide that while the couples' choice can be the emotional end to her time on the show (aside from her winning the glitterball twenty minutes later 🤞)

Yes, it’s very important to her, it’s for the dead community and I understand why they want to do it again. But it won’t have the same impact and there are others I prefer. I’ll be voting for her anyway.
