Still thought his dance was alright. I didn't read the thread until now in case of spoilers so got mildly interested when it looked like J and J would be in bottom 2. Great to see Nadiya still in (with Dan) and always nice to see Luba even if she was channeling her inner Grotbags tonight. Thought the song was a bit tit; haven't we had something from that Jamie musical recently - surely not last year unless the last 12 months have been more of a blur than usual? Claudia was ready for bed for some reason and another time to wish the BBC and its people would stop the charade that the results show is on a different day.

Dan's also been improving, and so kind of justifying his place more than John did. He didn't really improve!

(I'd kind of been waiting for them to properly push back on the rumours the way that they all do eventually if nothing is going on, but not only have these two declined to properly deny it, they've sort of kept leaning in. So...good for them, I guess?!)

Me too! Dan was genuinely one of my favourites last night, I think people are being a bit harsh to him (mainly on Twitter) because he has improved so much and is actually being entertaining.

I thought Saturday's show was pretty bad overall. Mainly because of the horrendous singing. It overpowered the dances and spoiled the show for me.

I think Dan is a dickead but his was the only dance I enjoyed.
So, fair's fair, I'm pleased he got enough votes to go through to next week.

I personally dislike complaints of "woke" box ticking as much as I dislike "woke" cancel culture.

Rose, I believe has done her utmost to show what she can do despite being deaf. I believe she has to work much harder to be as good as her fellow competitors and yet she is usually even better! Go Rose!

I used to watch Strictly with my ex, this is a while back before Neil got a pro, and he would comment whenever Neil was trying to get his face to the front (which was ALL THE TIME)! He really used to get annoyed by Neil, I really miss that about him
