I really hope she doesn't leave. I don't think there's a female pro who can even slightly match her creativity, choreography and willingness to take risks. Also, I'm gonna say it, I actually like Katya as a person. She's so intelligent and vibrant.

Nicola was poor. I recall one dance - a really ugly, heavy, flat footed jive which got decent comments and scores. I felt like she was going to end up consistently overmarked just to prove a point and that would have been damaging.

Now of course, we're blessed with John and Johannes who are so good, that anyone left who has an issue with a same sex couple will just look like a fool. If there is justice in the world, the 2021 finalists will be a dark skinned black woman, a disabled woman and an openly gay man in a same sex partnership who are all so good* that nobody will be able to say tit about it 👏 👏

Wholeheartedly agree, but you just know the gammons will have something to say.
 
I watched ITT tonight to hear how Rose and Giovanni are getting on but I had to turn it off after their interview because Janette is just too much. She’s as hyperactive as she was in the Clauditorium and her questioning skills don’t seem to have improved after seven weeks. My personal favourite was a tie between when she played this week’s song and asked Rose how she feels when she hears it and when Rose said she took her boots home and Janette immediately asked if she’d taken the boots home.

Who behind the scenes thought it would be a good idea to hand her a presenting job?

I know it is with He Who Cannot Be Named, but her Matrix paso is sublime, particularly the slow-mo bit in the middle, and the freestyle dancing at the end while he mercifully disappears.

I think they're a lovely couple. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an announcement she's expecting in the next few months. 🤱

I've found Katya to be a little annoying at times this year - not sure why as I usually like her.

Having said that, it's a shame that Katya or Karen didn't get Rhys as I think an older, established pro with less to prove would have massively helped calm him down. Nancy, with being new, will be clamouring for attention just as much as Rhys and I think what's why everything is still so furious weeks and weeks down the line.

She asked Rose and Gio when their song played, 'how does it make you feel when you hear that music?' and Rose looked thrown, and Gio covered.
I am so glad Rylan does the exit interviews on Mondays: he manages to have a laugh AND get something out of the couples as well as sympathising.

I am sure she said something similar to Rose in other interview, WTF have the producers stopped watching too? :unsure:
