John’s stumble was choreographed. If you watch the rehearsal footage posted in the lady thread I thought ‘oh he stumbled’ but then he did the exact same thing tonight & I realised it was meant to be part of the dance. Like a comic stumble kinda thing.

I liked it but def not a classic. I’m ready to see some romantic ballroom from John & Johannes. They’ve been quite predictable. Given John’s general dance ability & the power play between two males, a tango & paso were going to be good. I think they’d do a cracking AT also. The moody, angsty stuff. I feel like the cheery upbeat and/or latin stuff may be their weak point. But I think they could be beautiful in hold. And I think they need to show a new side to their dancing now. And to all the gay men & teens watching the show. To stand up & be brave enough to show the world two men being romantic & whizzing round the dance floor. I don’t think you can underestimate the power of that. Pleaseeeee give them ballroom next week BBC 🙏🏼 (They’ll probs get a salsa 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Maura herself doesn’t take any prisoners but maybe she hasn’t been that way with him OR he’s on the end of two strong women at the moment (Maura & Rose) and it’s bruised his ego a little!! either way i am loving it hehehe

Indeed, but then i have seen stories since saying they’ve followed each other back, been on a date night, have moved in together after all and then more stories saying they are still broken up!

Who knows what to believe but i guess it’s all good publicity for the both of them and the show!
 
Maura & Gio have split .. quite amusing to just delete all your photos 😂 very mature, clearly not going to remain friends!

Can’t work Gio out with Rose. He appears to really like her. He has affection for her radiating off him. But I don’t think it’s romantic, more like sibling maybe. But also, Gio is smart. He knows he’s in with a chance of winning. How much is put on? They all gush about their partners like they are the lives of their life during Strictly 🙈 John be posting on Insta that dancing with Johannes is the happiest he’s ever been. Bet his boyfriend loves that.
 
I just cannot see AJ & Kai at all 😳 Fair play if they are but they seem very mismatched to me! He seems quite quiet & serious and she’s so loud & in your face!

Also, she has beautiful teeth & Kai, well, all I can see when I watch him talk are his bloody half done veneers 🤣
