She knows exactly what she’s doing.
Her followers mostly wouldn’t know the difference between a canal or a river, where or what the Seine is or even where Paris is.
Those that do would just put this down to being ditsy and her insta persona.
 
So who is Mandy? Is she a full time housekeeper?

We know Stacey had a nanny years ago who looked after her two eldest kids and looked after the baby during the night.

Even IF she doesn’t have a nanny, a housekeeper is a huge help in the house. Our neighbours ‘housekeeper’ does everything - cleans, does the laundry & ironing, cooking and even helps looks after the two young children. So if Stacey has a housekeeper and family to help her, no wonder she has time to faff with plastic flowers etc

This was a deliberate mistake imo, designed to get her in the papers as ditsy Stacey. Yes people often mistake canals for rivers, but since when did you hear someone do it the other way round particularly someone from Essex, hardly known for its abundance of canals but handily on the banks of the river Thames!

Oh and when I was bored the other day I looked her up on Companies House, last year she upped her fixed assets by £1.5M, I suspect Pickle Cottage has been brought in to the figures to enable her to write off expenses against tax, definitely the move of someone who knows the difference between a canal and a river!

Yeah she clearly said she didn’t have a nanny but didn’t mention any other staff so it could very well be she has a housekeeper or even au pair as well as her parents and other family who just aren’t shown. The videos of her exercising wound me up because I know what it’s like to have just two young kids and I couldn’t have done that even with hubbie at home who, at the time, worked away an awful lot. So if I was a fan and didn’t see through her lies, I’d feel pretty tit at not being able to fit a work-out in.

I think they met when she was on the show as he presented the side show so would have interviewed her

and yeah last year they filmed a version with previous contestants rather than new ones so that’s why he is on it again

Good, she didn’t deserve the job to start with. It’s good that channel 4 actually listened to all the complaints about her and took action.
She hasn’t mentioned going back to Loose Women yet so I wonder what’s going on there. She didn’t even post photos of them visiting Babybel
 
This is honestly the best news. I didn’t watch it last year because she was on it, and I prefer the professionals to the bake off.
