Binge plates I’m so lucky I had consultants who encouraged members to use their syns on meals with things like real gravy, sauces. I also remember one who reminded people 15 syns a day was maximum and not target She was also great in educating members that you need to have speed on the plate, not as an after thought as that’s where the loss comes from.
Thats a great consultant! Unless youre gonna have fry light roasties forever then you need to learn whats a reasonable amount of oil to use.
Saw someone on the PON fb page say there gravy is say 120 cals per portion but Bisto for a portion is less. People arguing that its made of free foods so calories dont matter.
