Sims Youtubers #9 Lovestruck flailing, Lilsimsie not prevailing, Kelsey hiding from the press, who can impress?

I think they are doing exceptionally well. They own two properties, are renovating one and not even renting out the other. She has expensive taste in food, clothes, hobbies etc. They own a Tesla and two designer dogs who they send to doggy daycare even though they both work from home and set their own hours. Times are tough in Australia right now, we are all scrimping and saving where we can, yet these two don't seem to have a care in the world and don't work when they don't feel like it. The YT income must be GOOD.
They could have investments to help them when YT money is down. Or rich parents. Idk just speculating here.

Steph and Deli definitely have rich parents, and Kayla once built her childhood house (she understandably has deleted it since IIRC people tried to use it as a reference to find the address and send her parents mail for her) that was massive.

Jesse and Kayla have master's degrees in history and Steph and Deli have some certification in graphic design. I'm glad YouTube works out for them but it's made them immature slackers. They need to humble themselves.

I don’t think any of them use their degree though? I could be wrong. I don’t get the impression Plumbella’s family has lots of money, not to say they look poor, just like an average family. But again I could be wrong.

Jesse used to use the skills she picked up from her degree and put them into her videos but she's been on a sharp decline for 4 years due to being at home all the time. Steph uses her graphic design qualification, and you could tell it most when she changed her aesthetic in her videos and rest of her channel to more complex and detailed designs. (But I really hope nobody wants to hire an antisemite.) I think Deli works more off templates for her content.

Jesse is not working-class. Someone found out stuff about her family and they're better off than she claims (not rich), plus she is a royalist. This isn't an issue specific to her though. Deli does it too in the Sims community and a poll in the UK revealed that a lot more people call themselves working-class than actually are.

So, I’m wondering if maybe the silence from both of them since this incident means they ARE going to pursue legal action. It would make sense for her to claim she’s unable to work so she can claim lost wages. Not sure what the legal system is like in australia, but here in the US, their lawyer would likely tell them not to discuss the case.

This is NOT an armchair diagnosis, this is just a question. Is Kayla autistic? She mentioned having sensory overload which is generally used to describe an autistic experience, she spent her education years on Sims instead of going out, and she can be neurotic and easily emotional, which all line up. Again, I'm not saying she has it, I'm only asking if she does. I am autistic myself.
She mentioned on a stream that she thinks she might be but she isn't diagnosed, and it didn't sound like it's something she's actively pursuing. Which is valid, I'm autistic too and it's not like they can prescribe a pill to fix it. She's really successful at a job that works for her, jackpot I would say.

But being working class is a large part of her schtick! I’m curious what was found.

I was going to write out this big response about why legally speaking she'd have a hard time arguing loss of wages, but she uploaded a video yesterday, soooo...never mind! It's just Deli being Deli.

James not posting is unusual for him, and he's normally good at telling everyone he's taking time off, but tbh I've fallen off of his content a lot lately, so maybe I missed it. I blame Tattle, I didn't notice how much he complains about everything until people here brought it up! 😂

Even without her antisemitism, I have never understood why Steph was in the creator network when every other person is "family friendly" like why is she the exception? I've always found her kind of cringe tbh but I like the Trisha references 😂 thanks for the info on Steph. In general I feel like both Steph and plumbella peaked a while ago, but I know some people like the iceberg videos so maybe that's working for plumbella. Probably has a lot of ad breaks in it.
And I still feel bad for deli. I think she said the drooping makes it feel weird to talk? That plus her usual inconsistency isn't a good combo. Also wasn't her lovestruck stuff demonetized too?

any excuse not to work is a good excuse to deli. if her botched botox was the problem she can do no facecam. the fact she hasn’t uploaded (yet again) in weeks and then uploads a sponsored video 🤨 why didn’t she do that without face cam? what’s the difference in making her normal amount of videos with face cam vs just one video? like we’ve seen how it looks? i also remember the whole “if i start members only it wont affect the amount of uploads on main channel” it most certainly has lmao

why didn’t she do that without face cam?

My guess is there are some requirements if she wants to be paid the maximum amount - face cam might be one of them.

But her excuse for not filming regular content isn’t really valid then - her face looks fine and she doesn’t seem uncomfortable to me.

If she were really that uncomfortable that it prevented her from making content, I’m sure she also wouldn’t be comfortable going to the gym daily, the way she does, or doing this sponsored video in the first place.

It just seems like having another free pass for not filming when she doesn’t feel like it… until she falls in love with an amazing oven that costs a pretty penny and is back complaining how life isn’t fair.

I think they have Steph around to be a more "mature" YouTuber except that the "mature" viewers in question are 12 year olds who find the word 'pussy' the funniest thing ever.

Jesse fell off after the first lockdown ended. It's been four years (wow) and she never recovered. Steph has been bigoted since 2018 when she started the chaotic videos, and before then, she was boring and had nothing going for her.

I'm happy she can live like this but I wish she would acknowledge how privileged she is to.

If she hadn’t mentioned the botched Botox job, I don’t think most of us would have noticed.

I did a side by side comparison of her last face cam video (pre "botched" face) vs this latest one and ngl her latest one her face moves MORE than the pre botched video. As usual deli milks every situation until its dry. It's insulting to people who have genuine issues in their lives. She's a primadonna!

Kayla and her husband could be on "siblings or dating." They remind me of Milhouse's parents.

My friend thought Kayla was in an incestuous relationship and was confused how she hadn't been canceled. She only found out once they got married.
Hahaha I’ve always thought the same, they look SO alike
