I dunno what made me think of it, but I started doing some snooping on Deli & James. James' parents must be rich rich. They live in a nice part of Sydney and his dad worked in finance, but semi-retired last year.

Deli doxxed his Sydney apartment building in one of her vlogs last year, and it's in the Inner West. I assumed that was where James must have grown up, but it doesn't appear so.

All this to say, I wonder if that's part of why Deli thinks she grew up "poor". James' family circumstances seem to indicate they have a lot of money, so in comparison she didn't grow up with as much.

I just found out about this girl.

Her content comes off juvenile but she still acts really mature. I think you can tell about me that I’m young at heart but I hate immature people. That’s why Deli and Plumbella don’t appeal to me. You know what I’m saying?
 
So, this is interesting. Anyone watch MissLollypopSims? I don't watch much sims stuff lately, but her recent vid popped up in my feed (blind dating challenge with Love Struck) so I was like "ok sure" ....she started with a whole bit about these fancy custom brownies the sims team sent her .... ???

I feel like that wasn't odd years ago, they did tit like that for game changers & the GCs would share but, none of them have said anything about this recently. So, I'm wondering how many of them get gifts they just don't tell anyone about while pretending they're not being paid or gifted tit 😂

Oh yeah! I've only seen her shorts but I like them, they're usually informative. She definitely know more of the gameplay than your average simstuber

In devonbumpkins first video where he did game play with the new pack i think it was. He showed the custom brownies he received. Its a bit of fun, dunno why no one else would mention it

Right? Like, we KNOW they get special treatment from the team. They used to fly them all to sims camps and tit, so it's not like it's a secret, so I'm not sure why some of them are just pretending they're just like the rest of us schmucks 🤣

Bc, really, good for them for getting free snacks. I'd like free snacks. So idk why they hide it (like, do they think we'll thinks their reviews are bullshit if we see them with tasty free snacks?bc we ALREADY think their reviews as bullshit anyway 🤣). So weird.

He posted on Youtube that he did the sponsorship for Lovestruck but is going to buy his own packs from now on, but then adds "unless it's sponsored" which... makes no sense. Some people were saying they won't take codes from EA anymore because of the weird sponsorship issue. Or is he referring to different sponsored videos? I don't really understand.

As for Deli feeling poor, I feel like she was already talking about not being well off growing up long before she started dating James. But maybe she did grow up surrounded by lots of rich kids and it made her feel poorer in comparison? I think that happens a lot. Your family might be able to afford 2 big holidays every year but your friends went on 5 so you're made to feel like you're destitute.

She built her house and she showed in real life, and she was definitely not poor. She also mentioned going to Noosa which is really expensive. I think she was financially unstable and worried that her single mother would lose all the money they had without a second income source coming in, but she was absolutely not poor. It’s not the same thing.

My dad was a model but my mom only worked at a brewery. We were well-off but I was still nervous about finances because one parent had a much better job than the other. That’s a different situation, but I understand her, but she has no right to claim she was poor. She was clearly just surrounded by richer people.
 
The game changers don’t mention free things they get sent because it proves the point that they get gifted things and that it doesn’t influence them. Which it does. If you are being invited to sims camps and having your travel and accommodation paid for whilst getting reasonable expenses and given merch whilst there and trips to Disney: you are 100% biased. And now it appears they are getting paid as part of their reviews hence the game changers new stance on “I’ll buy the pack“ . Congratulations on buying one pack out of the hundreds of pounds you haven’t spent on the rest of the franchise.

I know sometimes James has said the special stuff doesn't get to him in time for his video, like I think one was a university acceptance letter? I remember Kayla having that one too. Not sure why the others didn't get the brownies and/or didn't post it.

Steph is an antisemite. She made fun of the Holocaust, called Mark Zuckerberg (a Jew) and others lizards whose wet dream would be controlling the world, did not apologise, and blocks people who call her out. She’s also plain obnoxious. Her “humour“ just sex, over-editing, and random meme references that make a video unrewatchable because they date so quickly, especially with how long she takes to upload. She is so monotone. I try to not be “mean” but I am so tired of her. Remember, I’m Jewish myself, so it hurts.

On a lighter note, this latest video is the ONE video where the sex jokes work (BUT NOT THE POOP ONES WTF), but her Spanish pronunciation was awful. Her penis buildings were by far the worst thing I’ve ever seen in this game, at least without gore etc mods and exploiting glitches. Just obnoxious, she’s literally 25.

Kelsey streamed on twitch yesterday for the 1st time since the beginning of July. The mods were very busy deleting any question or comment about her cheating boyfriend. She did mention that people shouldn't believe what they read on the internet. They are clearly still together.
Kelsey always seems very nice. A little annoying at times, but I always wish her well.
 
I honestly can’t stand satchonSims anymorr. Over half his videos are just ranking, tier lists and him just ranting about the Sims 4. If you don’t like the game, then don’t make a career out of it and hate playing.

Thank you for sharing this. Im Jewish as well and find this disgusting and disturbing.

Keep in mind im french Jewish American and come from a historically relevant french Jewish family. And my great grandparents died in the holocaust. Making fun of the holocaust is not funny.

I like most of his content. I love the whole Sims franchise, but ts4 is, in my opinion, an insult to any longtime fans, for sooo many reasons. I feel like I could also create an entire channel just to complain about this game, because it's just so bad. But I also can't stop playing, it's a weird feeling. So his videos make me feel understood 😂
But lately he has been making an effort to make the game seem worse than it actually is just to create drama in his videos, which is super embarrassing to watch.
Like recently he did a Lovestruck video with his Sims going on a double date, and one of the other Sims left the date because they were uncomfortable with the inappropriate flirting from his Sims, and there was even a notification explaining it, but he was just like "ooh, why is he leaving? This game is so broken!!1!"
He's creating unnecessary issues just to make a video, when there're so many real issues with this game already that he could use, but I guess he knows as much about ts4 as Deli, so 🤷🏻‍♀️
