Muddy as ever.

And Storehouse and Hopeworx are both registered charities so he’s preventing them from being able to get giftaid on donations. So his ego is losing them each £125.

He hasn’t said where the last £500 is going, nor has he updated the linked spreadsheet beyond storehouse.

He really is scum

How is this different to Depher? A vague money pit for people to throw their cash in and Fat Grifty bleep Face deciding who gets what after the fact.

Some interesting posts from he on Twitter/X that we’re not allowed to name on here for reasons I don’t quite understand. You know where to find him...

Is this Pokémon LG?
a lot of that stuff would t be released to him under Data Protection and GDPR anyway.
Police have been advised. Ok well if they make any arrest I’m sure we’ll hear. Until then.

And that pub got a massive 'grant' - about £147,000 from memory - to provide meals to the vulnerable during covid/lockdown sanctioned by Kirsty OC.
I imagine there is no paperwork about the tendering process, or trail showing how the money was used. It seems a vast amount to simply disappear into the ether. To keep Kirsty's local afloat.
All these horrid grubby little people making money out of a pandemic. Disgusting.

The full FOI response from which this came is here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/use_of_the_prince_of_wales_pub_s#incoming-2765907
It was long, long overdue. They say that the other outstanding requests for information will be responded to shortly but, becuase some of those were requests for information are about conversations, discussions, emails etc. not necessarily pertaining to payments, which one might expect to have happened at some point had KOC not left, or asked to leave , then I am predicting here that they will "not have kept any records". So that will be two locally accountable public bodies, who discover they have a liability under their watch (KOC), where the normal procedure is to keep an archive of emails for a certain amount of time after anyone has left, who appear to have purged evidence. Remember, that even when an employee decides to delete everything from their local email client, a record is kept on the server for 3 or 6 months and sometimes longer. Given everything we know about KOC, they had a simple choice: keep copies in order to defend themselves and show she acted as a rogue actor, or delete everything from the archive to cover their tracks. In the case of ECC there is a clear and obvious link between the actions of KOC and her pupilage by Gavin "Guitar Hero" Jones - the Chief Executive. That, is the reason why emails etc are missing from ECC.

There could be no invoices because the MSEICB might not have handed any money over for using the venue; maybe money was made off individuals purchasing drinks and offering the space was a goodwill gesture. Still shady AF that they had that opportunity, but absence of invoices in itself isn't necessarily a smoking gun. They may just have never existed.

Money would most likely be handed over by bank transfer or card payment, for which there would (need to) be a record held by Accounts Payable and the associated invoice. Otherwise they need the auditors in pronto

News just in from our reporter on the ground at *checks notes* the local supermarket, where he did a shop and will be *checks notes but incredulously* speaking to people who are struggling to buy food.
Is this a Jonathan Pye skit? Simon we know what going to a shop is. We know what using a foodbank is. You’re not important or special.

I think he means other foodbanks for him to bestow his next wodge of £500 on

Because you know, got to make as much of a song and dance out of it as possible

I just meant his general “news just in, speaking to people later” reporter style. Similar to Jack when she was all “yup I’m across it, reports coming in from my news sources“ when she meant she’d had a headline notification from the BBC app about something important she had no part in whatsoever.

A parody! That’s the thing I couldn’t articulate 😳

Hang on a minute… the NHS were paying him to post guff on the dire Essex is United page too?! That was a collaboration with Essex County Council. So was he double-dipping and getting paid twice for that tit page, and then getting paid again by Suffolk Council for Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V over onto Together for Suffolk too?

duck he’s such a charlatan. All of those words to try and pad it out, but none of it comes even remotely close to justifying the daylight robbery of yet another £22k from the cash-strapped public purse. twit.
