Scrubs and Buffy understood the assignment for a musical episode but Grey's failed in every way - what a cringefest!

Has anybody seen SJP in Glee? She basically plays an extension of Carrie and joins a few dreadful musical numbers. She was on Broadway as a kid so I'm surprised she hasn't demanded a musical episode of AJLT. It couldn't really get worse as a show, tbf.

You just reminded me of the karaoke scene in SATC 2! So completely out of character for all of them!

I guess this must have been late on? I think I stopped watching Glee about season 4?
Suddenly I’m grateful.🤣
 
The more I watch SATC and AJLT the more I realise I really dislike Carrie. I don’t watch it for her but for the other characters. My fave of AJLT is LTW and husband. She’s fabulous. It’s easy watching is AJLT and I’d be sad if it just didn’t finish right. Don’t really know wtf Carrie is doing amymore. Floundering through her life.

Season 3 should focus on Carrie's career. She gets another column or becomes an agony aunt or goes on a women's lunchtime chat show, just SOMETHING more interesting than her drifting around with exes. She has no focus - the point of SATC was she used the situations from each episode for her column and that's what made it work. Now she's just this bland lady bumping around in a giant apartment.

I would LOVE a musical episode of AJLT! It would take its awfulness to glorious new heights. Can’t imagine it would be as bad as the Grey’s one though - I almost had to turn that off..

I want aiden to totally duck her over, her friends have lives, jobs etc and she will just be left wandering around her new apartment alone
