I warmed to the LTWs in this episode
Lisette and Che had more interesting chemistry than bald lady/person and Che

Me too I liked LTW and her husband - their story was good, though fairly predictable- in a wholly unfathomably hape of shite!

I thought this too. I am of the definite opinion that men get hotter as they get older. Aiden??? Nope. His naked body was not nice. Also Carrie’s boobage was too much. We went from bras to that.
 
I was completely confused after the final. We're supposed to believe that Carrie is going to wait 5 years for a man she's been with for 8 months? That would never have happened in the original series.
Loved Samantha's cameo but was surprised it appeared so early in the episode. Also loved Charlotte's you're doing the bare minimum speech.
I have a feeling season 3 will be set 5 years on which hopefully means no bratty kids as they'll all have flown the nest and should be a good opportunity for a cull of unnecessary characters.
 
I watched the episode.
It was nice to see Sam back even though as someone said, we are meant to believe Sam would fly into NYC for an overnight to say goodbye to a building but she couldn’t say pay her respects to Big??

Aiden saying five years will go “like that” Is his kid going to turn into an Angel the second he blows out his candles on his 20th birthday cake? I get the idea of putting his kids first but what self respecting woman would wait five years for him?
I’m tired of whiny Aiden, hated him the first time around but I did feel bad for how Carrie treated him. I like to think the five years is bullshit and just his way of dumping her.

And the sex scenes. Anthony looked like he was straining on the toilet rather than having sex!

Bald person was totally eye-bleeping the camera at one point.

I like the LTW famand they don’t overact which is unique in AJLT.

pretty sure it’s the first time we’ve seen so much of Carrie naked

Charlotte was good this episode. Actually I feel like a lot were better. Miranda, Harry, LTWs and I liked the girl moving into Varrie’s place too. Hopefully they are listening to the complaints about overacting and S3 will be better

Are her boobs real? It’s none of my business I know but tiny people with sizeable boobs always make me wonder!

I believe it was. They had originally only planned 10 episodes and added another once she came on board - did I read that here or hear it on a podcast? Maybe they thought they were ending it after that dinner which would make sense. Miranda had made her peace with Steve and got her groove back in her career; Charlotte was back at work and happy with her family; Carrie was with Aidan and in her new house; Neat little bow.

The 5 year story line was indeed ridiculous.

I actually enjoyed Miranda this episode: the scene with Steve was touching (although who just turns up like that? And Brady on the bike was creepy). And I like Joy (?), the woman who was there for the BBC filming.

“And Just Like That…I ordered two more Cosmopolitans”. Eye roll Carrie! How shallow.

He'd have a shock arriving at my house unexpectedly and wanting to be fed. The Michelin star chef may well find himself dining on a Pot Noodle and half a Bounty Bar.

I imagine some need the cash, Kristin and Cynthia can’t be turnin* down millions out of principal, and hasn’t SJP just bought the townhouse next door to hers in New York, to knock them through? You’re probably looking at tens of millions for that project.
Life in LA and New York ain’t cheap these days.

Cynthia Nixon and SJP don’t think the show is bad. Didn’t Cynthia suggest the fans were the ones with the issues not liking it?
 
the more I think about it the less the 5 years makes sense. I get not every kid wants to go to college *Brady we’re looking at you hun* but surely Aidans offspring will pop off to some out of state community college at 18 and let his old man rattle around in NY before it’s too late, or before he buys a peleton, whichever comes first.
