I’ve not saw the finale episode yet.
But if it’s true that Carrie is prepared to wait five years for Aiden then she’s even more of an idiot than I thought.

This series has been really bad. Slightly better in some ways than the first but I just don’t see where they can take a third series.

If they get rid of Che that would be wonderful.

My thoughts!

The acting has been terrible throughout, mainly from Charlotte, Aiden and LTW’s wooden husband!
It’s like they’re putting in forced sex scenes to shock. I could have done without the whole arse virginity scene!
Sam’s scene was pretty pointless and I was distracted by her Botox face!
Aiden is a wuss! Why couldn’t they keep seeing each other backwards and forwards! I’d wait zero years for him with that hairline and his terrible fashion sense! His kids are also older ffs!
I had to turn Steve’s scene up really loud as I couldn’t make out a word he was saying!
Carrie’s hair with that one ratty extension hanging down was really distracting and it pissed me off that she couldn’t say just one word and had to give her usual bloody speech!

Roll on series 3! 😂

Well that episode was completely underwhelming (although fair play to normal hands for bleeping over the witch that fucked him over twice putting his kids above Carrie).

It pissed me off that all of the characters still seemed to be set on being part of a couple. Nya achieving something amazing in her career but bemoaning that she doesn’t have a man. I did think that Miranda was going to end up finding herself and putting her focus back onto her career, oh no look here she is flirting with the British chick from last week.

The montage pissed me off. I don’t give a tit about seeing what any of the new characters do and nobody needed to see Anthony losing his arse cherry. I’m not sure what look the actor was aiming for but I’m sure bewildered terror wasn’t it.

Ah lads, I can't with this show anymore!

That should have been the end - no third series.

**Sigh** Ok here we go!

Samantha - We knew it was going to be an anticlimax so no surprises there. We hear in Season 1 that Carrie and Sam are no longer friends and something to the effect that after Carrie had no more PR work for Sam she ditched her. "Was I just and ATM to her??" Bullshit - that is so not Sam. Then Big dies and Sam does not make the trip from London to support her friend of 30 years. She sends flowers and we are expected to believe that - fine. Fast forward to this episode. Having never/hardly been mentioned Sam rings Carrie out of the blue and Carrie does not look surprised to see Samantha's name come up on her screen. (and just "Samantha" not "Samantha London" - we all know that if your friend has moved country you put their new number in like that because you still have the old number). What is Sam ringing for? She was flying from London to New York to say goodbye to an apartment and going back the next morning - duck off!!! duck off all you stupid writers.

So Miranda and Charlotte told her about the dinner. Are we expected to believe that they are in touch with her? We've never heard a mention of that! Are they keeping the friendship from Carrie? If they are not in contact, why was this bleeping dinner so important that they had to contact her to tell her about it. And what if Aidan had turned up for dinner - would there have been room for Sam? That dining room furniture I presume was rented along with the dishes, and everything for the table. How embarrassing would it have been for Sam to show up - Surprise! and then everyone looking awkwardly at each other because there is no room at the table. Would Sam have been sitting on the bed eating out of one of Carrie's shoe

Dinner Party Guests - I won't dwell on this but as we have all said that the biggest collection of nobodies ever. Surely in 35 years in New York Carrie could have got 15 intelligent and interesting women together.
Some guy she worked on a podcast with last season - why?
Nya - have they ever been in the same room together?
LWT - Carrie was invited to her dinner for some bizarre reason. She is Charlotte's friend from their kid's school. And why did Carrie get her invite when the husband forgot to send them?
Che?????
That guestlist was bullshit. It would have been a lovely way to bring back old characters and create nostalgia.

Aidan - Awh Adian. What the duck have they done to Aidan? His teenage kid throws a strop and he falls apart. He effectively dumped Carrie needlessly. duck off Aidan. Where does a teenage kid get mushrooms? Are you for real? They probably grow on your farm. Why do you think 3 teenage kids want to hang out there all the time? They are off their heads all the time on the magic farm 😃Asking Carrie to wait 5 years? Are you gonna live like a monk for 5 years.... duck off!

Sex Montage - Did that episode really contain a sex montage? Why?

Charlotte and Miranda - great to see them getting back to who they are. I love Charlotte and Harry.

Seema - no way is she the new Sam the way she is fawning over that loser. Is she really going along with Carrie waiting for Aidan? We all know what Sam would have said about that!

And that brings me to Carrie! I dislike her so much. She is a selfish, whiney witch. So she chased Big for 6 years then was married to him for the bones of 20 years but somehow got over to him in a year. So much so that she could fall in love again and question if he was a mistake! Then she is prepared to wait 5 years for Aidan after a year together, if even. Please!

The writers, producers, and SJP should be ashamed of themselves with this ridiculous show. They have ruined what was something very special.

Rant over!

Maybe Aiden decided to take the ultimate revenge on her for bleeping him around twice! She finally sells the apartment and then gets the last laugh by sacking her off and making her wait 5 years! Revenge is a dish best served cold etc! 😂
I honestly thought the exact same thing!
---
It looked like they were using car special effects from 1990!
Yes, it was 'total dog tit' as my teen son would say.

Was it just me or did anyone else think Miranda was going to fall down the stairs coming out of Carrie's apartment and have a tragic accident? 😂 maybe she could have broken her hip and Carrie could have gotten fingerblasted in HER kitchen while she pisses herself. Although this would require Miranda to have a kitchen 🤣

Samantha was driving under Blackfriars bridge from the East and said she had jut left Heathrow - as a Londoner that annoyed me 🤣 (yes I KNOW it was filmed in Brooklyn but they could do some bleeping research). I enjoyed the call and Annabelle (without Geri this time thank duck)

Aiden is toxic and wants it on his terms (like finally going to her apartment). Sack him off Carrie and see the world with Seema. At least Big was rich and hot when he was in earlier seasons.

Shoe can stay (and Richard Burton)

Actually liked Harry/ Charlotte and the TWs for realistic portrayals of long-term partnerships.

I dont care about Che and Toby and prefer Che at the vets.

Miranda is going to end up with Doll which I called last week and stand by.

It wasn't the worst ... that's the best I can give it 🤣🤣🤣

Will miss hate-watching it with you guys **doffs cap** 💋

Wonder if they’ll bring back Berger or The Russian in the next series.

"I'm waiting 5 years for my boyfriend"

... "you are a comic?!?!"
