She complained SATC Aiden ate chicken in bed, and complained in AJLT that Big wanted to eat at home for a change. Because apparently she has to be out and about constantly and clearly that was what her and Big did for 20 years.

But now Big has died. He was a mistake and Aiden eating chicken in bed with an expensive pepper mill was always the one she should have been with. OK!

I’ve never liked Aiden. They do not go at all. It also seems really lazy to just bring him back and tie it up in a neat bow. They should’ve thrown a curveball…

They... still might? I mean, they probably won't but it's just such uninspired writing to put her back with him. He's utterly boring and whatever dynamic they were hoping for between those two is just not there.

I wonder if she realises he'll be away a lot and she'll be alone in a gigantic four bathroom, three bedroom place. She'll be whining about it in no time.

It certainly doesn't seem to have achieved whatever the hell they hoped it would. There's a real lack of development or anything. The newbies are pointless, such a bad idea. Maybe someone else could have developed it better. Cynthia Nixon's episodes are the best, she should direct them all and even they are meh!

so Aiden wouldn’t go in her apartment but happy to live in one funded by Big. He’s such a bellend.

I don't understand why he's confined all that trauma to one apartment - surely if he's that upset by what happened he just... shouldn't be with Carrie? But hey, it's totally the non-sentient apartment's fault isn't it and everything bad that Carrie did magically goes away as long as they're not in that apartment.

What an unhealthy basis for a relationship.
