On the subject of the ‘sex bra’ it used to annoy me intensely that Carrie wore the most amazing clothes (and a few shockers) but she NEVER wore the appropriate style bra underneath! Low backed dress, she’d have a whacking great black strap across the middle. Strappy top or dress? Not a strapless bra in sight, just ugly old bra straps showing…

When she visited Big after he had his heart op she had a backless dress on and this big old green bar strap across her back!

Exactly, like how she wore the Carrie nameplate necklace which i think the script said she got at a market in Brooklyn. I think it was all meant to show Carrie as street smart and a true New Yorker…

I’m really hoping there will be a decent tribute to the actor. He played a recurring character through the entire series and appeared in both movies. He deserves an acknowledgment.

I always assumed she was wearing his - as a comfort stealing your boyfriends T-shirt for lounging around sort of thing. I’ve done it with my other half’s boxers (clean ones ) only when pregnant though as I’ve had PUPPS with my last two and I couldn’t wear anything tight against my skin.
