LTW and family must have a twist, maybe we will find out he has a mistress or something? Could LTW have a spending addiction? Domestic violence? Coke head? Several times we’ve been shown how perfect that family is….
I think she comes across as very insecure, always helping out at the school, Nya said the caterers hadn’t shown so she was straight on the phone to sort it out for someone she didn’t even know, i feel like she does it all to people please and be liked

At home alone today so put on the first film as I cleaned* and it really drove home how they did Samantha dirty. She paid for collection and delivery of Carrie's stuff from Bigs, she organised everything when he flaked out of their wedding, got the other women flights to Mexico so Carrie wouldn't be alone on honeymoon and in return she's fat shamed. Imagine being an average person at home that feels a bit uncomfortable in their body, you sit down to watch a female centred film and they are fat shaming Kim Cattrall, who is a bleeping smoke show! The way they confront her about how she didn't realise how big she was, references to her gut. What were they thinking in the writing room, it supports Cattrall's claims of how awful the work place was as far as I'm concerned.

* My cleaning technique is to plug in the hoover and then sit down. When someone visits I go "oh I was just about to hoover, will have to do it later so, cuppa?"

I don't understand how it's acceptable to say such abhorrent jokes about such an evil and terrible time in history, but it's completely unacceptable to "misgender" Che!? Worlds gone stark raving bonkers 🙉.
My feeling is that everything should be up for grabs when it comes to making jokes. But I know not everyone agrees.

As far as that scene, was it actually that abhorrent? Was it even a joke? I thought it was just totally lame. I assumed they’d put it in as yet another box ticked on the diversity virtue-signalling check list. FOR: Jewish people. AGAINST: Holocaust deniers. How very ground-breaking of the writers!

I was more offended by the incredibly laboured set-up and (yet again) the completely contrived nature of the whole thing. You’d really have to go out of your way to find a gay man living in Manhattan who’s also a Holocaust denier. So incredibly stupid.

And they were all stunning in SATC (I’m rewatching it at the moment). SJP always looked amazing. She may not be the typical idea of ‘beautiful’ but she was gorgeous and her figure was fabulous. And just an FYI, Miranda always had uneven teeth that were a bit discoloured, but good on her for not going full on Hollywood with a set of those luminous, glaringly white pebbles.

Out of all the characters who have returned, Big had aged the worst, but you won’t hear anything about that because he’s a man and they’re allowed to look their age (plus we’re all now having to pretend he never existed).

I think Chris Noth is a bit older than the other SATC actors. I think he looks very good for his age, isn’t he pushing 70?

He’s 67….I never realised he was that much older!

I have edited the typos in my original post Thanks for understanding what I meant there 😆

A few on here have called the character “Mr Big”. I always thought he was known just as “Big“ or have I misremembered?

I think I recall him being referred to as Mr Big early on, and then he just became Big?

And even more so to find someone who would admit it knowing they are at a Jewish dinner. As per nothing makes sense
